Very solid hotel in old quarter with super helpful staff. Nothing too fancy but did the job.
Slight cleanliness things but really not much issue.
I think it’s the warm and welcoming people and staff. Even after we had already checked out, they continued to greet us with genuine smiles and kindness while we were still hanging around the lobby.

For the price, nothing really! This isn’t a major downside, but since the hotel is located in a busy area with narrow streets, door-to-door taxi service isn’t always possible. You may need to walk a short distance to the nearest pickup or drop-off point.
I stayed there in total 3 times (but four different rooms due to a friend joining where we shared a private room). Tbh I liked the dorm rooms better than the actual private room since the room we were in was a bit outdated with the fridge not working and TV (YouTube) was taking a long time to load so we gave up eventually. Rooms were all always clean, good AC and staff is very friendly and always happy to help out! Breakfast is simple but I liked it - you choose from a menu and they cook it fresh for you!
Only thing to note that 2 out of the 4 beds I slept in had a plastic cover around it so it was a bit noisy when turning in your sleep. But nothing that bothered me too much :)
Great stay once again! Hanoi Traveller House is the best place to use as a base - quiet (even though it’s next door to the party hostel you don’t hear anything!) and great setup! Comfy beds, privacy curtains and handy to leave luggage for the day.

El lugar de las literas es muy sucio, las personas entran con zapatos pero porque no hay nada muy organizado, las duchas guau eso si fue muy sucio, no hay división en algunas duchas así que si alguien se baña al mismo tiempo que tu te va a llegar el agua de su ducha, un asco, y no se si alguien limpia el lugar, nunca volvería
It's indeed in a great location and accessible to pretty much everything. The WiFi is good and the breakfast is okay, though I expected more for the price.
I remember booking a room with an attached bathroom, but they gave me a small room close to a common bathroom. The total price of my stay was also higher than other hotels with large rooms and private bathrooms. The photos are misleading, and I can say it's not worth at least the price I paid, imo.
Very good location with all the stuff around, easy to get places. Breakfast was very good quality for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.
There were tiny ants coming to bed even though there was no food in the room.

Отличный хостел, прекрасная локация . Хостел находится на оживленной улице, много кафе , ресторанов. Белье, полотенца чистые.В душевых кабинках есть шампунь и гель для душа .В комнате есть кондиционер,плюс ещё у кровати есть личный вентилятор, лампочка, розетка.Душевых и туалетов несколько, с очередью не сталкивалась.В хостеле приветствуюется тишина и чистота.Так же в близи имеется дневной и ночной рынки . В хостеле отзывчивый персонал, помогают в любом вопросе .
Все хорошо. Через две недели прилечу в Ханой, обязательно оставлюсь здесь.
