Pros:

location was convenient, staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and cozy, bed was soft and nice for a gd sleep provided if u can deal with the ongoing noise + traffic

Cons:

rooms are not sound proof, I could hear slamming of doors and loud chatter along the cooridoor.
ongoing construction, loud Aircon compressor is another concern. room nearer to the bts station is a nightmare, I could hear the cars and motorbike until late night, as we all know the traffic in Bangkok.

not recommended for light sleepers and with young children.
unless solo trip or on a budget perhaps.

It was a great stay in Krit Thai Residence, the location is accessible to train & passenger vehicles
Pros:

Very great location accessible to malls & BTS. House keeping staff cleaned room, bath & toilet & change/arrange bedding too daily. My family ate only twice breakfast during our stay because I am fish eater and it was none of the menu. Great stay in our room.

This is my second time staying here, and I am happy to say the experience is still absolutely fantastic
Pros:

Great location and all the staffs were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The lobby entrance was under renovation during the period of our stay and we had to walk along the road to enter the carpark

Staff remembered us the first thing we arrived..lol..
Friendly staff, able to communicate with them well..

Tht thw weather was crazy hot..tho nothing doing with kritthai..
Ohh..the shower water kept coming out from the cubicle...it made the floor super wet..n dangerous..i slippes but m okay...
