Vriendelijke personeel
De kamer. Was zeer gedateerd, zeer gehorig en tocht heel erg.
Blaffende honden in het Hotel na 10 uur.
De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel
Het hotel ligt op een geweldige plek en heeft mooie ruime kamers met veel licht en ruim balkon. Gezellige sfeer in restaurant.
Behoorlijk warme kamers, buiten veel muggen en geen horrengaas voor de ramen en deur. . Geen zeep bij de wastafel.
Die Lage des Hotels ist topp!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Wir haben nur 1 Mal im Restaurant abends gegessen und waren begeistert.
Die Klinke zum Badezimmer hatten wir nach 3 Tagen in der Hand.
La struttura in sé va bene e non ho particolari critiche da fare, ma trovo davvero poco accettabili gli orari di check-in e check-out.
Posso capire che siano necessarie due o tre ore tra la partenza di un ospite e l’arrivo del successivo per pulire e preparare la stanza, ma lasciare così tante ore di distanza non mi sembra assolutamente giustificabile.
Chiedere agli ospiti di lasciare la camera molto presto al mattino e permettere il check-in solamente a metà pomeriggio è, a mio parere, davvero eccessivo e poco orientato alle esigenze del cliente.
Per questo motivo, nonostante la struttura sia nel complesso buona, personalmente non la consiglio.
Het bed was heerlijk, en de kamer had een prachtige openhaard, een mooi bad en een sauna buiten. Fijn dat er ook badjassen waren. Het ontbijt was heerlijk (vers knapperig brood en echte verse jus) en de gastvrouw was enorm aardig en servicegericht. De gastheer had trouwens een enorm gevoel voor humor. De badkamer zag er perfect uit, maar de douche gaf erg weinig water.
De ouderwetse muurföhn die nauwelijks werkte, de regendouche die maar een mager straaltje gaf en de Wifi die het niet deed. Daarbij vonden we twee cupjes koffie en 2 regular theezakjes wat karig voor de prijs die we betaalden.

Gehorige kamer, veel muggen (geen horren!), kan schoner.
Het diner
Accueil très chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins, petit-déjeuner frais et varié. Restaurant (terrasse et intérieur) très agréable. Nous y avons mangé d'excellentes moules, un bar tout frais, bien cuit et découpé par les soins du chef, sur la proposition de celui-ci. Nous avons loué une barque sur place pour une jolie balade sur les canaux environnants. Nous y reviendrons !
On aurait aimé avoir des produits de douche et du shampooing dans la salle de bains.
