Je suis extrêmement déçue de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Avant notre arrivée, j’avais clairement indiqué sur Booking que j’étais enceinte et que j’avais besoin d’une chambre confortable et, si possible, d’éviter les escaliers. L’hôtel m’avait répondu qu’il ferait tout son possible pour répondre à ma demande.

À notre arrivée le 2 septembre, nous avons pourtant dû monter trois étages, avec de très grandes marches et des pentes importantes entre les étages. Pour une femme enceinte, c’était particulièrement difficile et inquiétant.

Un autre incident, dès notre premier jour, m’a également profondément choquée.

Après notre arrivée, mon mari est sorti quelques instants et, étant très fatiguée, je me suis directement allongée sur le lit pour me reposer. Environ une heure plus tard, j’ai entendu la porte s’ouvrir puis se refermer une première fois. Je pensais que c’était mon mari. Quelques instants après, la porte s’est à nouveau ouverte et la femme de ménage est entrée directement dans la chambre alors que j’étais allongée sur le lit.

Elle m’a vue, mais au lieu de s’excuser, elle m’a expliqué qu’elle voulait vérifier dans le réfrigérateur la présence des deux barres de chocolat facturées. Je lui ai immédiatement expliqué qu’elle ne pouvait pas entrer dans notre chambre alors que nous étions à l’intérieur sans prévenir ni attendre notre autorisation.

Ce qui m’a encore plus choquée, c’est qu’elle ne s’est même pas excusée et m’a parlé de manière désagréable et condescendante, comme si c’était moi qui la dérangeais, alors que c’est elle qui venait d’entrer dans notre espace privé. J’aurais très bien pu être en train de me changer ou de ne pas être habillée correctement. Notre intimité n’a clairement pas été respectée.

Le problème le plus grave reste cependant le gros chien présent dans l’hôtel. Il nous a coursés à plusieurs reprises dans les couloirs et les escaliers, en nous suivant et en aboyant. J’ai plusieurs fois eu peur de tomber dans les escaliers en essayant de

Хороший отель. Бассейн, вид и расположение понравилось. Но очень скудные завтраки. Лучше бы был качественный ресторан, но «а la carte» чем такой унылый, но шведский стол.

Affordable, friendly, comfortable and very easy
Pros:

Location was great, lovely view and a short walk to two great beach clubs and a selection restaurants walking distance too

Cons:

The Coffee, it needs an upgrade but it meant I switched to Turkish tea which was lovely
