I'm glad the price was cheap, or I would have declined the room before the first night for a refund.

Cons:

Everything was "cheap." Cheap towels, cheap breakfast ingredients, cheap and rundown property. This place was on the edge of being a dump.

I would not recommend this stay. It is advertised as “studio 6” but is actually just a dingy and shady Motel 6.

I did not like this property at all. The listing was very misleading. The place smelled badly of cigarettes. It was also very disappointing there was no front desk attendant on property. Instead the check in was done via a virtual kiosk. The area this is located in was not safe. We overheard another patron at the kiosk complaining they had belongings stolen out of their room. We used the room for one hour to get ready for a concert we traveled to town for. Then out of fear our belongings might be stolen from our room we packed everything back up and did not return to the room because we were too afraid to go back to the area at night. I think listings should be more transparent when there is no staff on sight as the area was already very suspicious and the knowledge there would be nobody available if we needed help really made that feeling much worse. You also cannot reach anyone using the number provided in the booking and they also do not respond to messages in the booking app.
