Spent a wonderful time in this marvelous hotel.
We really liked the interior. Stone walls, wooden window frames, doors and other little details give this place the authentic vibe. The bed is large and comfortable, balcony is very cozy overseeing the inner yard. We were exited to enjoy the quality of water filtration system. You can drink the water directly from the tap. It's very clean everywhere. The staff is very attentive and friendly to guests, the management is great. Especially we are thankful to manager Shalva Otanadze, who made our vacation there unforgettable. Highly recommend and definitely will stay there again when visiting Akhaltsikhe.

Die Parksituation war etwas schwierig, da die Schranke nur vom Hotelpersonal geöffnet wurde und diese nicht aufmerksam waren.

Not made particularly welcome, with neither AC or heating working in room and staff not especially helpful.
Will located, friendly and young Stuff. Well decorated.
The restaurant was delicious, but not cost-effective.
Very friendly stuff and nice rooms inside the main attraction of the town. Room had some damage here and there that I wouldn't expect from such a hotel but oh well. All it all it's good and moving your luggage for like 100m won't kill you too.

The receptionist welcomed us super friendly and always answered every question with a smile. Extraordinarily for Georgia. The spa amenities were great and in general we really liked the hotel.
The only thing we didn‘t like is that the rooms got quiet hot during the night. Although the outside temperatures were around 15 degrees in the night, the room got considerably hotter with no apparent way to cool it down.
Я специально выбирала отель который находится в крепости и не ошиблась Мне очень понравилось просыпаться в уютном дворике, попить кофе на балкончике с видом на крепость
Ещё очень понравилось, что есть спа-зона хотя не всё там работало
Но мне было все замечательно, особенно после долгой дороги за рулем на машине.
Да и после прогулки по крепости в течение дня и экскурсии тоже приятно пойти посидеть в джакузи и пройтись по контрастным ванночкам для ног.
В целом на ваш взгляд вполне соответствует своим 4 звёздочкам.

We loved the hotel location, right in the middle of a castle. The building exterior was really cool and it was a unique experience. Room was clean and had a similar standard to an international chain hotel.
The spa facilities were great, with several different rooms and pools. We were pleasantly surprised by how many options there were—and facility access was included in the room rate. Overall, it was extremely high value for money.
There is dedicated hotel parking right outside the castle gate, less than a 5min walk.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
