Breakfast was beautiful , staff brilliant and so friendly
Hotel is very loud , could hear a lot of the guests around us very hard to sleep with , also the planes are flying from 7am onwards and fly right over hotel

La piscine est très agréable, le service est de qualité et la chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. La coiffeuse mise à disposition dans la chambre était vraiment pratique. L’hôtel est très bien situé en centre-ville, à seulement cinq minutes de la plage, tout en restant calme ; seuls les avions peuvent parfois être entendus.
Le petit-déjeuner proposait du choix, mais certains aliments étaient souvent secs et manquaient de goût. La qualité pourrait être améliorée afin de rendre le petit-déjeuner plus agréable.

Good location and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are fine and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety day to day.
The pool was essentially redundant for sunbathing unless you had a room where you could swim out from your terrace. It had maybe 6 sun beds on the other side of the pool which weren’t in the sun.
The shower was rubbish, it was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
The walls for the rooms must be pretty thin as you could hear basically everything going on next door. Unfortunately we were next to someone who was repeatedly clearing their throat and spitting, so this was a disgusting thing to wake up to each day.
WiFi was not good, used 5G the whole time.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable with all modern appliances.
The property itself feels modern but with Thai touches like a lovely open breakfast space. Speaking of the breakfast - we were super impressed with the spread on offer, and enough changes daily for variety.
The pool is fantastic and we often felt like we had it to ourselves. We really loved watching the planes go overhead from the pool (maybe loud for some, but we loved it!).
It's also very well located in Chaweng - the main street right there but set back (off a market) and a 7/11 next door. We felt it was excellent value and above all the staff were fantastic - so kind and hard working, really made our stay. Thank you!
Just the smallest things - a couple more hooks in the bathroom would be great because of the pool towels that you have as well.
The showerhead might need a little love so it doesn't spray everywhere - but very small details which I only mention because the rest of the quality is really nice.
And just to be aware, it is a noisy area (which we anticipated) in the thick of the happenings in Koh Samui which is great but people were coming and going making noise at all hours. Not the hotels fault, light sleepers may need hear plugs :)

Great location if you want a lively spot close to the beach with lots of shopping stalls. Our room had all we needed and the staff cleaned our room well every day. The breakfast was okay, no whole wheat bread but what can you expect. The pool was lovely!
The mirror in the bathroom was rather large so you could tell that cleaning staff only clean the bottom half. The pizza they serve in the restaurant also tastes and looks a lot like frozen pizza. The Greek salad was heavenly though!
