Passable, but dated
Pros:

Good location, with restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores nearby. The room is very spacious, with a living room, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and even a laundry machine. The staff in general was very attentive and polite. The swimming pool is very nice and clean.

Cons:

Some things are a bit dated and could use some maintenance and more attention: stained furniture, old machines in the gym, no soap in the public restrooms near the swimming pool. One of the treadmills stopped working while we were using, lucky I was only walking and no accident happened. We also bought a coconut water from the reception's fridge which had expired one month ago - when we went back to exchange it, we realised all of the coconut water boxes were expired as well.
The breakfast had several options, but not much for lactose-intolerant people and many items seem like processed food. Just adding a coffee machine would improve the experience a bit.

Apartamento ótimo , tem tudo o que precisamos , uma casa fora da sua casa , amei de vdd .

Cons:

Uma dica : Coloquem uma proteção na janela d banheiro , me deu tontura só em abrir ela , e a da sala tb. Perigoso demais .
