Cons:

Nous avons réservé un taxi pour nous rendre a l'aéroport par l'intermédiaire de la réception de l'hôtel.L'hotel ne nous a pas demandé le nom de notre compagnie aérienne,Transavia.Le taxi nous a déposé au terminal des jets privés!!.L'hôtel à commis une faute professionnelle. Au terminal 3 des jets privés nous avons dû prendre un taxi qui en a profité pour nous soutirer 20 euros.L'aeroport 3 ou nous avons été déposés est à 5 km du terminal 2 des lignes aériennes ordinaires.Rien sur notre carte d'embarquement n'indiquent le numéro du terminal.C'est l'hôtel Alchymist,hôtel en principe hôtel de luxe,qui aurait dj nous indiquer le code du terminal .inadmissible.Je vous demande de le signaler à l'hôtel et de me répondre.

Außerordentlich schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles und sehr schönes Hotel in nahezu perfekter Lage.
Das Frühstück war nicht so aussergewöhnlich wie Dan Brown es beschrieben hat, aber ganz gut.
Besonders nett war die 16 Uhr Weinverköstigung mit Käsebegleitung. Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Cons:

Unsere Junior-Suite lag leider zur einer Straße, an der bei zwei von zwei Morgen Lieferverkehr und Müllabfuhr unterwegs war. Darauf hätte man gerne hinweisen können.

ein Hotel wie im Märchen
Pros:

Unglaublich schöne Räume, stilvolles Ambiente, sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, das beste Menü meines Lebens, super Lage, Karlsbrücke und Hradschin fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir auf dem Rückweg unserer Reise umgebucht haben, um noch einmal in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen

Cons:

Da das Hotel direkt neben der amerikanischen Botschaft liegt gibt es bei der Ankunft eine kurze Bombenkontrolle des Fahrzeuges, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind extrem eingeschränkt und werden bei dem hohen Polizeiaufkommen direkt vermerkt. Allerdings wird das Auto vom Hotelpersonal direkt übernommen und sicher geparkt. Dies ist kein Minuspunkt sondern nur gut zu wissen, um die Nerven zu schonen. Beim 2. Aufenthalt war es schon viel entspannter.

tolle Zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig, außergewöhnlich gutes Restaurant, traumhafte Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal, das Auto wird geparkt, wir haben spontan umgebucht, um auf der Rückreise hier noch einmal zu übernachten und das Hotel mit seinem außergewöhnlichen Restaurant zu geniessen

Hôtel superbe, romantique avec un personnel exceptionnel !
Pros:

L’hôtel est superbe, hyper bien placé (on peut tout faire à pieds) avec le personnel aux petits soins pour un service digne du 5 étoiles qu’est l’Alchymist grand Hôtel et Spa. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous avons dîné à l’hôtel et la nourriture est excellente. Nous avons également adoré le Spa. Se détendre avec un massage et la piscine (petite mais qui suffit largement) après une bonne journée de visite, nous a fait un bien fou ! Côté chambre, nous avions une suite qui était parfaite pour 3, avec 2 salles de bain et un décor superbe… Bref séjour incroyable !

Cons:

Les rideaux dans les 2 chambres de la suite qui n’occultent pas entièrement la lumière du jour…
La piscine aurait pu être un petit peu plus chaude.
Mais ce sont deux petits détails…

Hotel splnil a o něco i předčil naše očekávání.
Pros:

snídaně - velký výběr, vše velmi chtné
lokalita - naprosto vyhovující

Great place, great food.
Pros:

A great place from a fairytale. Great spa. Great food.

Cons:

Small things… 1) too noisy at night because you hear the trams and cars and people shouting. 2) there were nobody on spa reception though it is supposed to work till late, but the lady from reception went home. For me it’s very strange, but for Europe it’s normal.
