Great location, well appointed, very comfortable, quiet
Pros:

Luxury accommodations in a fantastic location, if you want to be able to walk to the major sites. Comfortable bed, great shower, quiet, wonderful breakfast, and the hotel restaurant was superb.

Loved it. A stay that feels special.
Pros:

Position. Quiet. Beautiful decor. Well maintained. Helpful staff. Excellent greeting on arrival with a glass of wine.

Cons:

Drawers in the wardrobe won’t open due to wardrobe doors. Could do with a longer screen on the shower as difficult not to splash. Would like a kettle (did have a coffee machine but the water didn’t get to boiling point). No USB sockets.

Perfekt, jederzeit gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man die Anreise mit dem Pkw gut geschafft hat. Das Personal ist vom Empfang bis zum Abschied überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen, jeder Wunsch wurde uns vom Mund abgelesen. Perfekt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet, unsere Suite war beeindruckend.

Cons:

Die Anreise mit dem Pkw ist etwas ungewöhnlich, das es keinen Parkplatz am Hotel gibt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Botschaft der USA und ist deswegen mit sehr viel Sicherheitspersonal ausgestattet, was allerdings die Anreise umständlich werden lässt. Hier wäre ein Hinweis im Vorfeld gut gewesen, wie ich zu den reservierten Parkplätzen hätte kommen können. Aber die Mitarbeitenden im Hotel haben das dann perfekt gemeistert.

Exquisite hotel with a great ambience and building.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with a great ambience and facilities. The centuries old architecture itself is quite special. The location is quite perfect near the Charles bridge. The staff was very courteous and kind. Breakfast was very nice even though with a limited menu.

Cons:

Very hard to pick faults in a wonderful stay. Maybe the toiletries could be upgraded.

Pros:

A beautiful and very romantic hotel. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. A good choice for celebrating my partner's birthday

Cons:

The soundproofing of our windows was very poor. We were woken up every morning at 7:30 by noises from the street. The windows in the ground-floor lounges are all well insulated, but not those in the bedrooms? This is absurd and unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Precioso hotel patrimonial !! Desayuno esquisto , ubicación inmejorable , muy atentos, llegamos a las 24:00 y nos esperaban con champagne !!!
El spa no alcanzamos a usarlo , pero debe ser maravilloso como todo el hotel

Lovely Boutique Hotel
Pros:

We took an upgrade to a Deluxe Room which was huge. Very ornate room. Always nice to sit down with a drink at check in. Settles you right in.
Basement Spa/Gym area is huge. Pool is a little on the cool side. Great location for the Castle and Charles Bridge.
Note - The hotel is across the road from the US Embassy so there is a security presence outside but not a problem. Would definitely return again.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, 5 star hotel but a buffet set up which the hot food side was normally cold or missing items. Only went 2of3 mornings. There is small menu you can order from which we did the last morning which was better.
Bathroom area is a bit tight and awkward but only a small issue.
