Excellent location for the Sunway area and easy reach to KL city centre
Pros:

Perfect location for the Sunway area, good room, comfy bed and walk-in shower. Free cold water available. Plenty of local Mamak places to get excellent food nearby. Only 25 mins with a Grab to central KL which is fantastic.

Cons:

Whilst you cannot hear any external noise (from the road, etc.) it can sometimes be quite noisy inside because you can hear talking from neighboring rooms.

Amazing
Pros:

Strategic located close to Sunway mall, for 2-3 minutes walking. There’s is mamak / nasi kandar below the hotel, easy to get food, with other convenient stores around. And plus point, I got the parking spot by the hotel, as the parking in that area quite challenging. The room is clean, the bed and pillow is soft and the toilet is huge. The check in and check out was easy pesy with welcoming staff.

Cons:

The hotel wall quite thin, so you can hear some of bit sounds outside your room, from people go and out the hotel, but no harm, worth the money

Very near with Sunway Pyramid, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon at Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lagoon.
Pros:

Several restaurants and small shops near the hotel for breakfast, we can choose the local food with fair price.

Price quite expensive
Pros:

Location was nice.

Cons:

The bed feels quite itchy, and there might be dust mites or something similar.
Also, if possible, could you please replace the bathroom sink? The drainage is quite slow.

Excellent location, spacious and clean
Pros:

The layout, furnishings, clean and spacious.
Location was excellent. Convenient with F&B outlets nearby and close to shopping mall

Cons:

Have to say the plumbing side. Stayed 3 times and 3 times the sink were clogged. This time the toilet cannot flushed and the bidet is spoiled. It were the same problem again and again

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND STRATEGICALLY LOCATED.
Pros:

I like its cleanliness and the spacious room. The location is strategic where you can find eateries and restaurants, convenience shops, and e- hailing services. The bed and mattress are comfortable promoting good rest.

Cons:

I was quite surprised that the single room I booked was designed with disabled friendly toilet (with hand rails) and wheelchair ramp. I am not sure if the room was designed to cater the needs of the disabled/ wheelchair user guest.

2nd time staying at Eco Artisan.

Cons:

Room was at level 1, and near the reception. Noisy at times (I believe someone dropped the luggage and made a loud bang, woke me up at 12am)

Suitable for a short stay
Pros:

Clean spacious room and toilet.. Located near to BRT and Sunway Pyramid.

Cons:

No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Basic tv channels. Wifi can sometimes losing signal to connect.

Pros:

Been staying around dis area for the past 4 years at different Budget Hotels and found that Artisan is one of the Good ones.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Location is very convenient.
Would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Cons:

Definitely parking is the biggest issue
