Un filo di delusione
Pros:

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato più volte in questo hotel per trascorrere dei weekend di relax. Ne abbiamo provati altri, ma finora questo resta il nostro preferito. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la nuova sky pool, così come tutti i servizi in generale.

Cons:

Siamo rimasti un po' delusi perché la piscina interna/esterna al piano terra, che era un'oasi di tranquillità, ora è accessibile anche ai bambini, che schiamazzano e si tuffano a raffica in barba ai cartelli di divieto e alla bassa profondità dell'acqua. Hanno a disposizione una nuova grande area divertimento degna di un parco acquatico, quindi non vedo perché devano entrare in aree dove magari c'è gente che vuole stare in pace. Ci vorrebbero regole più severe e più controllo, visto che i genitori fanno finta di niente... Anche il ristorante mi è sembrato leggermente peggiorato, le porzioni mi sono sembrate più piccole dell'ultima volta e anche il servizio al tavolo non è stato efficiente come in precedenza.

Premetto che per il prezzo che si paga , non ne vale la pena . la sera a cena faceva caldissimo , non hanno acceso mai l’aria condizionata, non si può mangiare che si suda . Nonostante avessimo chiesto di farlo , ci è stato detto che si stava bene così . Il buffet della cena completamente scarno, anche se l’orario è fino alle 20.30, se arrivi alle 20.10 già non trovi più nulla .
Alcuni camerieri veramente maleducati e poco personale in sala .
Ogni volta anche per attendere una bottiglia di vino arrivava dopo il primo .
Per chiedere un piatto di pasta in bianco per la bambina passava ogni volta mezz’ora e c’era sempre qualche problema nel prepararla .
Non vale 4 **** S , assolutamente .
Il signore in reception sempre molto scortese , ho chiesto un ombrello perché fuori pioveva e ha risposto molto scocciato. La camera nel complesso molto vecchia e poco pulita .

Everything was perfect.

Cons:

I forgot some stuff inside the room, I tried to connected the hotel through booking but there were no response. I have called the reception on employee response and she showed no willingness to help and want just to end the call.
It a little bit annoying because I really like the place.

Molto accogliente e personale davvero cordiale e professionale. Stanza molto spaziosa, servizio deposito sci e scarponi molto confortevole e navetta di collegamento alle piste super efficiente. Cucina davvero deliziosa, piatti ricercati e di ottima qualità.

Cons:

Cibo del buffet leggermente al di sotto del resto del servizio al tavolo. Camera pulita ma con qualche piccolo margine di miglioramento (macchie sul tavolino della camera non pulite neanche due giorni dopo il nostro arrivo). Porta del bagno rotta (no chiudeva bene) rimasta tale nonostante segnalazione. Porta della doccia ma sistemata il giorno dopo la segnalazione. Sauna accessibile solo senza indumenti. Capisco che la vera sauna è così ma non era adeguatamente segnalato al momento della prenotazione. Costo dell’acqua a cena veramente esagerato (5,50 euro per 75 cl). Capisco che è così nella maggior parte delle strutture ma ciò non significa che sia corretto verso il consumatore che già paga profumatamente il soggiorno
