Love the staff and the suite room.

Staff and Suite room great

Cons:

The Restaurant menu is below below standard in offering, and even the menu I recieved was all torn, coming apart. Very poor.
The new pool area looks great, but no marketing of the sauna, ice tub. The carpet around the pool very unsafe. The glass awning above the pool area has been installed and not cleaned. The lights out on the pool steps!!

Pros:

All staff extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our stay was very good and would recommend!

Cons:

You could hear local dogs barking on the streets most nights but obviously thats not an issue the hotel could help with, was just one of those things.

My stay was good, loved the location near the airport and the shops

Cons:

The water wasn’t getting hot, the rooms had a weird smell plus the towels smelled kinda smoky idk why, the pool in the pool suite was not clean
