よかった。イメージになるには、やっぱりスタッフの対応なんじゃないかと思っちゃいます。
Pros:

パンなどサービスとかは良かったと思います

Cons:

受付の女性の対応が悪すぎます。同じ言葉遣いでも表現が変わります。上から目線は良くないと思います。スタッフのホテルのイメージ悪すぎますなのあの人って言うイメージで家族は言ってます。女性の強すぎる態度は問題だと思います。
