NÃO RESERVEM! É O PIOR QUE FIQUEI EM TODA TAILÂNDIA.
Pros:

A única coisa razoável desse lugar é a localização. O resto é só enganação.
Investiram pesado em uma recepção e rooftop bonitinhos e o resto todo é péssimo.

Fiz upgrade no Booking “para ficar em um quarto ainda melhor”, piada…
Primeiramente, para começar a desmentir o anúncio, a cama NÃO É DE CASAL, são duas de solteiro, que além de tudo são duras pra caramba, com essa junção de camas as tomadas ficam bem em cima da cabeça de gente e o colchão vai empurrando… (Quarto 306)
O banheiro vaza água durante todo o banho, a banheira é imunda de sujeira, toda cheia de fungos.
O Wi-fi pra ser PÉSSIMO precisa melhorar um bocado, velocidade de internet anos 90, funciona melhorzinho apenas na recepção (tem que tentar impactar o cliente antes dele subir no quarto né?)
Por fim, essa é uma das piores partes: eles cobram o cartão de crédito (no meu caso usei o Nubank Ultravioleta que me obriga a fazer compras online porque o físico não vem com numeração por questão de segurança), quando cheguei no check-in cancelaram a minha reserva porque não aceitavam o cartão virtual na Apple Pay e o cartão obrigatoriamente tinha que ter os mesmos números (impossível pra mim), aí com o cancelamento me cobraram ABUSIVAMENTE 5% do valor da reserva apenas por essa divergência. Para piorar, meu cartão JÁ HAVIA SIDO COBRADO e para estornarem VAI DE 40 A 60 DIAS, ou seja, PAGUEI DUAS VEZES e a intenção de resolver de forma prática foi quase nula e acabou me onerando, pois até a devolução não posso contar com o dinheiro, certo? “Ah, mais é pouco”… é pouco mais é meu!!
Resumindo: FUJAM dessa espelunca, reservem qualquer outra coisa.
E cuidado viu Booking? Esses cancelamentos abusivos com essa desculpa esfarrapada de que a numeração tem que ser a mesma é um truque para recuperar ou até mesmo fugir da comissão de vocês, analisem para ver se não estão sendo lesados também…

Cudowne wakacje!!!
Pros:

Rewelacyjny hotel!!!. Pokoje przestronne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone i sprzątane codziennie. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Przepyszne śniadania!!! Dodatkowym atutem jest wyjątkowy basen na dach hotelu, z którego można oglądać panoramę miasta.
