The location is very convenient with Patong Beach at 7 mins walking distance. All the staff members were very warm and welcoming always greeting us with warmth and very helpful in every way. The room was clean and as per my expectation. The room is as shown in photos. Will love to come back soon.

I was charged twice for my stay at this property, which has been an extremely frustrating experience. The initial payment was taken from my credit card, which I had forgotten to bring with me, and I was then asked to pay again using a different card.
I was told the original payment would be refunded within 30 days, but I have still not received it. The explanation given was that the card numbers were different, but this makes absolutely no sense, as the second payment was made using a different card and was unrelated to the original prepayment. Regardless of the card used, I have paid twice for the same stay and am still waiting for my money back.
I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to try to recover the money. It is incredibly frustrating to be left out of pocket due to what should be a straightforward refund process. This experience has significantly tainted my overall impression of the property, and I would not expect a customer to have to go to these lengths to get their own money back.

Stunning infinity swimming pool and good rooftop area.
The rooms are not soundproof enough and the noise at night from the traffic is quite disturbing. Also they need to have more options of pillows as they only had high, hard pillows. The mattress was also too hard.
