Booked a premium king room and it was perfect.
Room size, hotel location and facilities were all incredible
Staff were helpful

During the last night there was a small issue with the aircon however Ella technician attended instantly and tried to fix it.

a localização é excelente. possivel caminhar para a praia e para varias discotecas. funcionários simpáticos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. a comida do restaurante é boa, com diversidade para varios gostos.

Cons:

a quando do check-out, os atendentes do front desk não foram nada simpáticos.
a dificuldade da língua, uma vez que muitos funcionários não percebem inglês. o hotel esta a beira da estrada e o quarto que estávamos não tinha isolamento nas janelas e com tantas motas que passam as vezes pode ser incomodo.

The night shift staff is very rude.
They charge you 1000B every time you bring a person in. is insane is not written anywhere when you make the booking.
