Pros:

The pool is nice and open until very late, although quite crowded with drunk people in the late hours.
Breakfast is very good with many options

Cons:

The staff were very unfriendly, just doing the bare minimum, not really a good example of hospitality. One time I asked for a pair of chopsticks and the guy at the reception sent me to a restaurant across the street to go ask if the could give me instead of just taking a pair from the hotel restaurant.
I would say it is quite expensive for Phuket standards compared to the quality of services.

The bad more than good

Cons:

My stay was very disappointing.

The room was extremely noisy—it felt like sleeping on the sidewalk because I could hear everything from outside. It seems like the hotel is located on Hospital Road, so you can hear ambulances every hour.

The bathroom was poorly designed. The shower had almost no separation, so the entire bathroom floor became flooded after every shower. On top of that, the water pressure was very weak.

Another issue was the guest policy. If you have a visitor come to your room, the hotel charges 1,000 THB for every visit, which should be made much clearer before booking.

The check-in process was also frustrating. Even though I had already paid, the hotel would not accept my previous payment because I didn’t have the physical credit card used for the booking. I was required to pay again during check-in.

Finally, the housekeeping service was very slow. Whenever I called for room service or housekeeping, it took an unreasonably long time for anyone to respond.

Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and had a very good infinity pool also the staff was very friendly

I loved the property but when i booked it for another day the price went up which wasnt a good property to money ratio

Pros:

The roof top is amazing with a beautiful view.
Food is good

Cons:

Room do not have soundproof windows. We barely slept at night as we were directly facing the main road and we could hear all the vehicles the whole night.

You need to get into the bathtub to shower which i didn't like and comfortable with.
