A very comfortable stay in a well-appointed property situated in a good location.
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and situated in a very good location for accessing Atocha train station. It was also within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens and El Retiro Park, as well as the Royal Palace and the Gran Via. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets also within walking distance.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja - zwiedzaliśmy Madryt głównie pieszo bo wszystkie główne atrakcje czy restauracje mieliśmy w promieniu do 30 min. Blisko metro Anton Martin i dworzec Atocha, przystanek autobusowy.
Budynek w bocznej uliczce, niedaleko 2 bary.
Obiekt ma windę, posiada przechowalnię bagażu co w naszym przypadku było istotne ponieważ przylecieliśmy do południa (należy mieć 1 euro - zwracane przy odbiorze walizki)
Nasz apartament był na 1 piętrze, z widokiem na ulicę, ma duże okna, dobrze doświetlony ale jednocześnie chroni przed upałem okiennica zewnętrzna. Grube, ciężkie zasłony przyjemnie zaciemniają pokój na czas spania. Nie mogę ocenić klimatyzacji bo jej nie włączaliśmy wcale. Mieliśmy w środku przyjemną temperaturę choć podczas naszego pobytu w Madrycie było ok 40 stopni.
Apartament dla 2 osób przestronny, przede wszystkim czysty i zaopatrzony we wszelkie niezbędne przybory w łazience i naczynia kuchenne w aneksie. Spora szafa z półkami więc mogliśmy wypakować walizki i je odłożyć i mieć swobodną przestrzeń.
Łazienka przestronna, spory prysznic, mogłaby być lepiej oświetlona przy lustrze, (dla kobiet, które robią makijaż 😀)
Budynek i mieszkanie z dostępem na kod. Mieliśmy za pierwszym razem problem z wejściem do mieszkania bo kod nie zadziałał ale po kliknięciu na link, który był poniżej podany, drzwi się otworzyły i kod już był aktywny.
Komunikacja z obsługą szybka i bezproblemowa. Mieliśmy tym samym wszystko czego oczekiwaliśmy.

Cons:

Mały defekt to deska do prasowania. Brakowało mi pełnowymiarowej bo większość naszych ubrań po wyciągnięciu z walizki wymagało prasowania. O ile bluzki czy spodenki na takiej desce nie było problemu wyprasować, o tyle z sukienkami trochę trzeba było pokombinować. Jednak to nie był problem, który zepsułby pobyt czy komfort😉

Generally it’s good
Pros:

It’s almost the same as the photos shown when we make booking. It’s clean, comfortable and at good location.

Cons:

Unfortunately the lift was out of order but no o one to inform us. We need to walk 3 floors up with all our heavy luggage. And the hangs in toilet are not enough for 4 people (2 bedrooms apartment)

exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds, well equipped with towels per person. comfortable spacial size for 2 people over the weekend. apartment was in great condition.

Cons:

check in at 4pm is a bit on the later side.

Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Alles sehr sauber bis auf das Bad

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas ungepflegt, nicht schmutzig, aber durch das ungepflegte und tlw Schmimmel wirkt nicht gerade einladend. Auch der Boden in gesamten Appartment zeigt Wasserschaden, was dem Preis nicht entspricht..

Pros:

vlotte mannier van communicatie: alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en heel snel binnen geraakt.
aangenaam appartementje met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt.
de wijk is heel leuk! veel cafeetjes en restaurantjes
de lockers voor de valiezen was ook een heel leuke verrassing...

Cons:

het heeft ons niet gestoord maar voor sommige mensen kan het appartement wel als hoorig aanvoelen. We werden gewekt door een enthousiaste kleuter die boven of naast ons, het leven ontdekte... Voor ons geen enkel probleem!
Voor mensen die hier niet tegen kunnen, zou ik niet aanraden... voor anderen zeker wel!

Cons:

Pedimos a possibilidade de fazer o check-in um pouco mais cedo, nem que fossem apenas 30 minutos, por causa do bebé. Foi-nos dito que, caso o apartamento estivesse disponível, isso seria possível e que nos avisariam. No entanto, percebemos que o apartamento já estava pronto há bastante tempo (até porque o check-in era automático), mas mesmo assim não nos permitiram entrar antes da hora prevista nem nos disseram nada.
Achamos que deveria haver um pouco mais de compreensão e flexibilidade em situações deste tipo, especialmente quando há bebés envolvidos.

Existe um restaurante/bar na rua que faz algum barulho durante a noite, inclusive até de madrugada. Não é algo diretamente relacionado com o Aspasios, mas consideramos importante mencionar para que futuros hóspedes saibam com o que podem contar.

Short stay in the center of Madrid.
Pros:

Nice location on a quiet street in the center of Madrid. Short walk to many of the main tourist spots. Very short walk to multiple subway stops. Check-in and access instructions were very easy to follow.

Cons:

Nice that there are 3 bathrooms. The center one has what sounds like a small jet engine behind the wall. If you close the door, the sound is mostly muffled. Bedroom are far enough away that the noise didn't impact our sleep. Also, the tile on the floor of the front shower is slippery when it's wet.

Funcional, céntrico, bonito y cómodo
Pros:

la atención muy amable y rápida (vía telefono). La habitación / estudio es comoda y amplia. Y baño también es grande y comodo. Tiene de todo para poder cocinar y preparar desayunos con cortesía de café también

Cons:

Reservé un apartamento y en la fotografía me salía que tenía una habitación... pero al reservasr apartamento / estudio no está indicado que es TODO un espacio, es decir comedor habitación todo junto (sin estar separada la habitación). Al ir con un niño pequeño fue un inconveniente ya que el peque se iba a dormir y teníamos que estar en silencio.. y la intención era que tuviera una habitación. Llamé y me dijeron que el ESTUDIO es así, un solo espacio. Para que se pueda tener en cuenta por si alguien quiere también habitación separada.
