одни достоинства. первая линия, до моря - 50 метров. лежаки/зонты - всегда есть для вас. можно около моря, можно в тени около бассейна. полоса своя, в море - пара человек. заход - не мелкий, для нас отлично, сразу плывешь, море чистое. территория ухоженная. парковка - всем места хватает. завтраки хорошие. ужины не дорогие, 800 лир, шведский стол - всего в изобилии и много выбора, особые рекомендации, всегда приезжали к ним. отдыхающие - в осном пары, все тихо и спокойно, для нас это отлично. Особо рекомендую хозяина и его семью, отель семейный, очень приятные люди и если что надо, то моментально.Но тем, кому надо шумно и весело - скорей не сюда. комната просторная, большой балкон, море видно, холодильник есть. Есть сушка за балконом, что не помешает. ванная - большая, все работает. Рекомендую категорически. / Nothing but positives. It’s right on the waterfront—just 50 meters to the sea. There are always sunbeds and umbrellas available for you—either by the sea or in the shade near the pool. They have their own private beach area, and there were hardly any other people in the water. The entry into the sea isn't shallow—which was perfect for us, as you can start swimming right away—and the water is clean. The grounds are well-maintained. There is plenty of parking space for everyone. Breakfasts are good. Dinners are reasonably priced (800 Lira) and offer a buffet with an abundant selection; we highly recommend them—we always made sure to come back for them. The guests are mostly couples; it’s quiet and peaceful, which suited us perfectly. I especially want to mention the owner and his family; it’s a family-run hotel with very pleasant people who attend to any needs immediately. However, if you’re looking for a loud, lively party atmosphere, this probably isn't the place for you. The room is spacious with a large balcony, a sea view, and a fridge. There’s a drying rack outside the balcony, which comes in handy.

далеко относительно от ближайших Сиде и Алании, 15 мин и 45 на машине. Так что если выехать нужна машина. Если этого не надо, то все есть на месте. для нас это не проблема, машина на прокат была. Лифта нет. Но сразу на затащили, а потом вынесли чемоданы, это не проблема, можно было и не писать. / It is relatively far from the nearest towns, Side and Alanya—a 15-minute and 45-minute drive, respectively—so you need a car if you want to go out. If you don't need to leave, everything you need is right there. This wasn't an issue for us, as we had a rental car. There is no elevator, but they carried our suitcases up and down for us, so it wasn't a problem—hardly worth mentioning, really.

Pros:

Direkt am privaten häufig leeren Strand (und das im August!). Authentisches ruhiges Hotel, sehr leckeres frisch gekochtes Abendessen in Büffetform. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die dem typischen Pauschaltourismus entgehen möchten.

Cons:

Einzig die Matratze könnte etwas flexibler sein.

Sehr ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr nette deutsch sprechende Gastgeber. Die Lage nahe am Meer ist perfekt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war lecker.

Cons:

Die Betten und Möbel sind sehr alt. Teppich am Boden, ist unnötig.

Pros:

Un super hôtel familiale, très propre. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. La mer est juste en face avec des transats. La piscine est propre. Le repas du soir sous forme de buffet fait maison etait excellent !!! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!!

Pros:

Это один из лутших отелей где мы с семьей отдыхали. Очень внимательный хозяин гостинницы и персонал. Красивый вид с номера на море. Вкуснейшие завтраки и ужины, шведский стол. Приватный пляж очень мало людей хоть утром хоть днем хоть вечером.

Non posso che confermare le recensioni positive che sono già state fatte. L'Hotel è una piccola isola felice in un tratto costiero in cui prevalgono i grandi alberghi e un turismo di massa. Sembra quasi impossibile che si sia conservato questo angolo di pace a gestione familiare, con tutto ciò che di positivo porta con sé: un'attenzione e una cura per i dettagli che lasciano intuire l'amore e la passione che ci stanno dietro.
La posizione è fantastica, con il mare a pochi passi. Piscina super e molto curata. Ambiente tranquillo e lettini sempre disponibili. Colazione e cena ottimi.
Nonostante lì vicino passi una strada ad elevata percorrenza è un luogo silenzioso.
Come già detto, la struttura ha qualche anno, ma è curata e mantenuta in modo ottimale. La pulizia è perfetta.
E' il luogo ideale per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno di pace vicino al mare, in un contesto familiare e accogliente. E' assolutamente consigliato.

расположение отеля благоприятствует спокойному тихому отдыху, пустынный пляж с лежаками, хороший чистый бассейн, полноценный вкусный завтрак и вкусный разнообразный ужин (шведский стол), уборка номера каждый день, тихая спокойная музыка в кафе. Удивительный приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин.

Всичко беше перфектно! Семеен хотел с невероятни домакини, мили, учтиви и усмихнати. Храната беше толкова вкусна! Имаше басейн и красиви цветя и палми около хотела.Стаята ни беше много чиста с удобни матраци и гледката от балкона ни гледаше към морето. Плажа беше на 5 минути. Със сигурност бихме го посетили отново!

Pros:

Останавливались на 4 ночи. Семейный отель, приветливые хозяева , хорошие завтраки , очень вкусные ужины . Погулять за отелем негде, но есть огромная пляжная линия, где можно вечером гулять и смотреть закаты. Пляж чистый и пустой )) кто любит тишину и море это сюда.
Номер простой, все чисто, прибирались каждый день. Есть парковка для авто.
Мы остались довольны, спасибо.
