Pros:

The front desk, breakfast and housekeeping staff are awesome and I am very grateful for their hard work.

Cons:

From the moment I checked in, the extremely loud and disruptive hammering on the metal roof next door continued until about 7pm. Around 9pm, the nearby loudspeaker subwoofers began pounding cheesy (yet still nauseating) bass drum techno music that wasn't even cool 20 years ago. That went until about 3:45am, when the drunken nightowl balcony dwellers blast their phone speakers and video calls while chain-smoking gross tobacco smoke and shouting loudly in Russian. (Though in all fairness, the entire property reeks of stale tobacco and smells like an old ashtray that has not been cleaned or emptied.) Also, the sound of large groups shouting in Chinese and slamming their doors until 3am was a trashy bonus. The bathroom reeks of sewage and makes you gag. The "large" bed was just two single childrens' beds pushed together such that you fall through them. The dog next door incessantly barking like a rabid distemper patient was merely the toxic cherry on top. There is no garden view, as claimed in the property's listing. The TV had only two channels that worked, both Russian news. An overpriced and regrettably stressful experience. The best part was leaving. I hate this place.

Нас встретил приятная девушка на ресепшене, все показала и рассказала
Номер неплохой на свои деньги, вся техника работала, включая кондиционер
Завтраки неплохие, но выбор небольшой и некоторые из блюд были остывшие
Но для завтрака достаточно, я считаю

Плохо убирали, полотенца застиранные, с пятнами от краски для волос, завтраки очень скудные, еду не обновляют, не следят закончилось что-то или нет, на завтрак были холодные спагетти или гречка, в один из дней не было овощей и сосисок, из еды только холодные спагетти, хлеб, солёный очень сыр, масло и варёная колбаса, хлопья, мед, варенье. Кофемашины нет, только растворимый кофе. Ещё был кекс. Уезжали рано утром, попросили приготовить завтрак с собой. Положили каждому бутерброд, состоящий из половинки хлеба, который ещё разрезали пополам и сделали бутерброд, на одну половинку половинки положили малюсенький кусочек колбасы, на вторую-солонющий сыр, дали по вареному яйцу и йогурту , ложек не дали, все это в одном маленьком пакете... Закончилось мыло в душевой кабине, попросили наполнить, сказали хорошо и ничего не сделали. Такого сервиса я нигде не видела...

Convenient, affordable, comfortable.
Pros:

The rooms are always very clean. The bedding is spotless. Wifi is at a decent speed. There is always somebody at reception. It is very close to a lot of nice cafes.
