Disappointing accommodations for the price paid
Pros:

Lobby and breakfast met expectations. The location right off the highway was convenient.

Cons:

The room was broken down. The central AC wasn't working, so there was a portable AC unit duct taped out through the window. The fridge was missing a handle, the shower seat was ripped out and there were holes, the lamp shades were broken and you had to throw your shoulder against the room door to open it. I had to go directly to the housekeeping room to track down linens for the pull out couch and was laughed at when I requested more pillows (they didn't have any extras). The pool room key card entry didn't work, so you had to go wait in line at the front desk to get that person to swipe you into the pool (which smelled musty and was a little cloudy).

My children found some cheetos in the closet and in thr pull out soda bed, and there was some garbage on the desk.
Could have used at least a small garbage can include bathroom, too.

Convenient location and essentially meets our needs. Staff seemed mostly indifferent

Cons:

Room not maintained as it should be. Broken fixtures, scotch tape on ceiling, from previous party, broken table, scribbling on chair cushion. Pool closed after we used it once, due to poor maintenance. VERY disappointing for our grandson.

Staff was great hotel was clean and a very good breakfast

Cons:

The inside lock in my room was broken and no one came up to check it. But at the same time we were safe.
