Short and sweet, had a great time for Essence Fest first timers
Pros:

Love it’s on main strip to so many things touristic

Cons:

Just the outside on the sidewalk to the parking area in the back it was trashy smelled horrible and I didn’t like that when we had to walk by to get to or bring our things to our car when we Checked in and out also the door to our room wasn’t locking properly. It was reported to front desk.

Very nice. Will stay again.
Pros:

The staff was great and friendly. Cassandra Franklin was great. Joe the parking attendant was wonderful. The place was clean and everything was explained at check in.

Cons:

The distance to park but all in all it was ok

I saved money not having to throw away food. We were able to store and reheat.
Pros:

I traveled with my 14 year old daughter. If she is excited about the room, it's an amazing stay. She is very picky

Nice place to stay for visiting family at the hospital
Pros:

We had family at the hospital nearby so for that reason it worked out very well for us there, and had parking nearby. Rooms were nice and breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Parking was kind of confusing at first but we figured it out. And cleaning service didn’t come at all during our 3 night stay so we had to go get toilet paper and new towels at the front desk.

I liked their breakfast and staff service

Cons:

The phone charging ports should also include the smallest ones too so that it's easy to connect the latest phone cords and charge phones.

The sofa beds are very uncomfortable

There was kind of like a sewage smell at times

Water fountain is only on one floor i would appreciate if it could be anywhere where there's an ice machine
