Fantastic location in the middle of FoCo with access to everything you need nearby.
Pros:

Staff and lobby area were exceptional. More expensive than other options, but worth the price.

Amazing hotel, wonderful location
Pros:

Loved the location, the hotel was beautiful and clean and had a wonderful atmosphere.

Cons:

The shower was flooding the bathroom everyday we had to use several towels each day to avoid this, I believe it’s a design fault? The shower curtains are short and do not stop the water from coming out of the shower.

Very disappointing!
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

On arrival we had to request all new towels as they were all badly stained yellow and brown.
Bed was not comfortable which caused back ache.
Ridiculously noisy AC - had to turn it off.
Accessible bathroom flooded completely as shower was extremely powerful and curtain did not completely cover the seating area. This was very dangerous as I have mobility issues and floor became very slippery.

Nice hotel. Expensive. Good location.
Pros:

Great location in Old Town. Nice hotel. Expensive, but not many quality options in Fort Collins - this is the best.

Cons:

You must pay for parking with the vagrants in parking garage. They are usually there.

Lovely hotel but pricey for what it is.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Very pricey for what is was but we needed a two bed room and this was the only option. Parking was difficult with luggage.
