The location is fantastic, and the hotel itself was very clean. The majority of the staff are friendly and welcoming

Cons:

We made a request as a family to have our rooms either connecting or located nearby to each other, this request was made in advance and the hotel made no effort to accommodate, we were two floors away.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Beautiful water front hotel with impeccable service. Stylish decor and very clean. Casino on property was so fun and the resturants were amazing! We had an amazing trip.

Pros:

Large rooms, great bathrooms, ok location for tourists. Perfect for attending events at BC Place stadium.

Cons:

Rather expensive. Can’t even start to imagine what they cost during events. But, if you have the money, why not spend it…

Lovely Property, great location
Pros:

Spent 10 days between conference and holiday so the high floor water view definitely worth it. King room was good size with decent bathroom and large walk in shower .

Conference food was way above average! As was the gala dinner .
A nice surprise.
A great location, steps away from water taxi, BC Place, restaurants and the Casino. Main floor and restaurant was decent and Victor's steakhouse on 6th floor was excellent.

Great launch location for Vancouver.
Pros:

A very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel feels open and fresh. The rooms are large and airy. Bathroom is good size too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Close to Granville Island by ferry and a 20 min. walk to downtown.
