I stayed two days. Always enjoy my stay.
Pros:

I like the location. Also the hot tub is wonderful after a long drive. Breakfast has hot foods and the yogurt I like - yoplait strawberry banana, along with other flavors. I’ve stayed here many times.

Cons:

I wish they had a more comfortable chair in the room for reading but I can always go to the library or first floor lobby for comfy seating.

Room was exceptional- staff needs to be trained on customer service and resolution.
Pros:

Extremely unprofessional staff. When they responded to a survey where I told them what had happened, there only response was “please give us another chance.” I responded back and asked how they were going to fix the issues to ensure it wasn’t the same experience and they never responded.

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready an hour after check-in time, the paid for upgrade (wine) was wrong, the staff lied and said they tried to knock on my door, the staff stated “that isn’t my job” and complained in front of me to the front desk about several employees quitting. It was a mess and ruined the first night of our staycation. And the response was give us another chance. It would have been nice if they refunded the wrong “wine” that they gave me (champagne without a bottle opener which was what they lied and said they brought to my door-they didn’t).

I am extremely understanding- this stay was THAT bad and the response was for me to trust them with my hard earned money and give them another try.

Excellent and comfortable!
Pros:

It’s was very clean and inviting. The rooms and beds were very comfortable as well, which is something that is not found at most hotels. We will stay here anytime we’re in the Tulsa area.

The waitstaff were very helpful. - especially the front desk (Khalil was super helpful and attentive to our needs). Also the housekeeping staff often went out of their way to accommodate us (especially - Susan? can't remember her name). Free parking

Cons:

The TV went offline several times which was frustrating, especially at night. The breakfast was so-so.

Location, staff, and the hotel overall are excellent. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good, and they did have an option for late checkout, which I liked the most. This was my second time staying there; I will go back. It's worth every penny.

The rooms are clean, fresh, and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the jacuzzi bath was amazing. Love they have indoor and outdoor pool, was refreshing. The hot tub is also nice and pretty big.
