Pros:

The waitstaff were very helpful. - especially the front desk (Khalil was super helpful and attentive to our needs). Also the housekeeping staff often went out of their way to accommodate us (especially - Susan? can't remember her name). Free parking

Cons:

The TV went offline several times which was frustrating, especially at night. The breakfast was so-so.

Pros:

Breakfast and the pool were very nice. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows.

Decor was odd. Felt like a grunge motif at first but it grew on me.

Location, staff, and the hotel overall are excellent. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good, and they did have an option for late checkout, which I liked the most. This was my second time staying there; I will go back. It's worth every penny.

Pros:

The rooms are clean, fresh, and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the jacuzzi bath was amazing. Love they have indoor and outdoor pool, was refreshing. The hot tub is also nice and pretty big.

Pros:

We enjoy the tub and walk in shower with a sit. We also enjoy the bar. The bar staff was great.

Cons:

Hotel itself was not exactly what I excepted for the price. Room was large but felt empty. Not enough towels not any modern plugs for devices. U actually would except room service for what I paid. Me and my girlfriend were somewhat disappointed 😞

All the staff interactions were very friendly. The bar was amazing, we had taken our dog with us, very lovely place to stay. The room was spacious and clean.
