Nothing much just wondering how they got the three star ratings

Cons:

The queen size room is very compact. The shower area is far too small as compared to other budget hotel in the area. The lobby is dark and small not worthy of a 3 star ratings

Pros:

The Muslim shower was leaking. When we told them, they said it's okay, don't use it. 😂 How do we clean then? I told him to remove its head and we used the tap by turning it on and off.
