Goede locatie, nette en schone kamer. gratis parkeren. Ze dachten met ons mee qua early check in en late check-out.

Cons:

Er stond nergens aangegeven dat ze aan het verbouwen waren. Bij zwembad en hottub was continu boorgeluid en veel werklui die er rondliepen. Je betaald een hoop geld, ik had het netjes gevonden als dit van te voren was gemeld.

Only 2 pet hates 1 the people above me were like the cast of river dance on a practice day. 2 they need new ironing board covers . Minor inconveniences

Phenomenal stay
Pros:

The Malcolm Hotel is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is phenomenal, the location is amazing, and it is one of the most breathtaking places you could possibly imagine. Every detail is thawed out and it is well worth every penny. Meals were phenomenal staff was delightful, and the amenities are well worth every penny. It made going to Canmore and Banff so great! Highly recommended.

Best hotel in Canmore
Pros:

An absolutely lovely hotel. Rooms are extremely comfy with lovely linens, comfy beds. The towels are the softest/fluffiest I’ve ever had!
The view from our room was truly stunning ( over looking the mountains) . There is a lovely bar/ restaurant with a super terrace. All the staff were amazingly friendly / helpful. There was a turn down service each night which was a nice surprise. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. The hotel is easily the nicest on Canmore. It’s a few minutes stroll to the town. There is a beautiful boardwalk along the river too.
