Думаю глупо требовать от 3🌟 отлеля уровня 5 звезд. Для трехзвездочного отеля он весьма не плох. Есть все для комфортного пребывания. На завтраках суп с креветкой был очень вкусным, также вкусный кофе. Убираются каждый день. Персонал очень вежлив, помогают во всем.

Cons:

Постельное белье уже старовато, думаю можно заменить

Lovely staff, maintenance needs work
Pros:

The staff were absolutely devine. Helpful and kind. The location was great, it was near coffee shops, restaurants and marts. It is also walking distance from the beach.

Cons:

The bedding seemed unchanged from prior guests. However, when brought forward, it was changed. The floors were worn completely making sand get trapped and then transferring into the bed

A acomodação não tem nada a ver com as fotos. O hotel tem a entrada em um beco, o banheiro é com cortina de plástico, o quarto e o hotel são antigos e ainda nos colocaram em um quarto diferente do reservado e o atendente falou que não poderia fazer nada para nos ajudar.
Logo que acordamos fomos para outro hotel por quase o mesmo preço que era infinitamente melhor, mais limpo e melhor localizado. Definitivamente não recomendo essa acomodação.

My stay at Pergola Hotel, Danang had some issues that I hope the team will address. The room’s flooring was in poor condition and the sofa was not properly cleaned there were visible marks on it. The shower was very small compared with the apartment’s overall size, with low water pressure and water that wasn’t sufficiently hot. Although check-in time is stated as 2:00 PM, we had to wait until about 2:30 PM to access our room. Also, breakfast must be ordered the day before, which was inconvenient for our schedule.
I appreciate the hotel’s location and the staff’s friendliness, but these points affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel improves housekeeping, room readiness at check-in, bathroom facilities, and offers more flexible breakfast arrangements.

Our stay at Pergola truly felt like a home away from home. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was consistently gracious and accommodating. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to Tiffany and Tony, who were both incredibly kind and provided outstanding service. Pros:

Good location near the beach and restaurants

Cons:

The AC in the room was more like a fan rather than blowing out cold air. The shower curtain had a lot of orange mould. Room was run down. We felt it was over priced for the value compared to other accommodation in Da Nang, wouldn’t come back.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, a proximité a pieds des commodités et environ 10min de la plage.
Notre chambre était assez grande et nous avons bien dormi. Attention toutefois car les matelas étaient quand même durs (ça peut gêner si vous êtes sensible du dos au niveau de la fermeté)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très basique, il faut choisir la veille ce que l'on veut pour le lendemain. Peu de choix (1 plat + 1 boisson) et si vous voulez quelque chose en plus comme un café ou un jus d'orange (autre que votre choix) il faut payer en plus. Les plats sont salés, ils proposent uniquement des pancakes pour le sucré mais ce sont des pancakes industriels, dommage !
L'hôtel n'accepte pas les règlements par carte, c'est utile de le savoir.

It was great, we had a fun time
Pros:

Everything was very clean and the location was in a good area which wasn’t too busy. The area wasn’t too touristy and had many locals. The food in the area was good as well as having a good mart nearby. The staff were all sweet and accommodating and could speak English very well
