Abbiamo trovato dei vermi neri nella doccia e cattivo odore nella stanza. La reception e la sala per la colazione non hanno l'aria condizionata, quindi rimanere a fare colazione è difficile durante l'estate.
Все было хорошо, спокойный отель. Неожиданностью было расположение на узкой длинной улочке между домов, мы ходили как по длинному коридору до выхода на улицу, но при этом это давало тишину в отеле. Завтраки хорошие, есть несколько вариантов.
Номер чистый, завтрак с вечера заказываешь, уборка каждый день, море близко, рестораны, кафе и массаж поблизости все очень бюджетно
Расположение в переулке, но с другой стороны очень тихо вечером и ночью
The staff gets 10/10, always helpful and they’re the only reason why I give high mark to the hotel.
Hotel needs good maintenance. It’s named design hotel but from design there is only a dining zone and nothing else. During our stay we’d viewed three rooms. First standard room on the basement floor , no window and you hear everyone in the lobby because of the wooden door’s screeching. Also because it’s in the basement it’s very humid and there’s mould in the bathroom. The second room was a deluxe or superior room, I’m not sure. But we got a room in the first floor near the dining area, with barely a window, and the man on the staff desk was himself surprised that there is a window in that room. And the AC in that room was broken when we checked in, the same problem was with the mould all over the room.
The third room was better it was on the 5th floor. Luckily, AC was working. But this time the shower was leaking, they repaired it on the same day, but still. And there were ants in the room, common problem for Asian hotels but still some hotels don’t have any. On breakfast you need to choose from a set- menu. It’s average and not a wide choice. Would be really beneficial if at list beverages can be served by guests themselves, like coffee, tea, juice, milk. And again ants in the dining area I get that it’s outdoor, but getting bitten while you eat isn’t something that I prefer
Location is perfect and rooms are enough good to rest and sleep with a powerful AC.
I have to give a special mention to Tiffany at reception. I’ll be honest, I was probably not the easiest guest to deal with 😅 and I had a few different issues during my stay, but Tiffany was incredibly patient and helpful with every single one of them.
She genuinely went above and beyond to help me, and I really felt that she cared about solving my problems rather than just doing the minimum required.
Even after I had already checked out, I realized I had forgotten a shirt at the hotel. Tiffany took care of everything, coordinated the whole process and helped me get it back. I honestly didn’t expect that level of effort after I had already left.
People like Tiffany can really make a difference in a hotel experience. Thank you so much for all your help and patience, Tiffany! You’re a legend 🫶🏻👑
We did like how the hotel was 5-10 minutes away from the beach and the Hotel vibes itself is instagramable. Also how the staff greeted/engage with us like there is no language barrier. Keep it up! Thank you!

Close to the beach. The Vietnamese breakfast options were very tasty. The bed was not uncomfortable. It was well stocked with apartment amenities (rice cooker, cutlery etc)
The room was unclean (hairs in the shower, stains on bedding and sofa, and the floor is warped and broken) and dated. Can only pay in cash or local bank transfer. Front desk largely disinterested.
Other rooms appear to be better reviewed so maybe it was just this one (Apartment 6).
We stayed in the apartment for a week on the 6th floor. It has everything you need including a washing machine! Very comfortable bed and sofa
