good hotel, if you choose the right room
Pros:

Initially, we got a really bad room, with no windows, a room called the "Bunker room". The site does not explicitly mention that the room has no windows and that the beds are stacked one above the other, rather than being regular beds. Very strange for a 4-star hotel. But after I complained, the manager upgraded me to an excellent room free of charge.

Needs to make it very clear what it means by bunker room. and make it clear that the room has no windows.

Pros:

Hotel increíble en una ciudad preciosa. Muy moderno, acero, hormigón y ambiente zen. El personal muy amable, excelentes anfitriones, y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Habitaciones realmente cómodas, un hotel con servicios extra para los huéspedes de 5 *. Realmente calidad precio , no encontrarás nada mejor.

Good common areas including laundry and tea supplies.

Cons:

The room was pretty small with no room either side of the bed and no space to put clothing or other belongings

The staff were pleasant but check in seemed difficult to them (why were there self check in terminals which didn't recognise my name when two staff were at reception doing nothing?!)

A nicely designed hotel that can do with happier staff.
Pros:

Room style was great.

Cons:

While the room style is great, it does not function best with the awkward cupboard blocking everything and in the middle of nowhere. No power source in the right place; hence it is a very confusing hotel. Staff can have more smile, front desk can be more helpful with the check-in looking at our tired state, instead, they insist that we do the check-in via machine on our own.
