crew are very friendly & helpful . location wise is quite easy access. the promotion of the room is quite a good deal.
pool is big enough for lap swim & the water is clean
provide drinking water & alcohol swipe is value added in the gym room

I really liked the room we stayed in. It was spacious, the lighting was bright enough. The best part was the bed. The mattress, pillows and bedding were so comfortable. I had a really good night's sleep. Also, shout out to the body shampoo, loved the lemony scent.

Only the lobby was nice; everything else was dirty. Once we got into the room, the bedsheets were dirty, the towel was dirty. It looked like black stains on the towel. There was a bit of blood on the pillowcase, and a bedsheet had a mark on it as if no one had checked properly. The sofa was dirty, the luggage holding area was dirty. Everything was dirty, so we only stayed for an hour before we left.

​I had a wonderful stay at Impiana Hotel Senai. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my time there.

​What really impressed me, however, was their service after I checked out. I realized I had left a pair of high-value glasses in my room, and the team—specifically Jessic—was outstanding. They quickly located my item and went above and beyond to arrange a secure international courier delivery back to me in Bulgaria.

​It is rare to find such honesty and dedication to guest care. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism; I highly recommend this hotel for both your stay and the peace of mind that comes with their exceptional service!

Stayed one night at Impiana. The room felt dated and had a few maintenance/hygiene issues including stains, ants, and a squeaky sliding toilet door. Since it was only for one night, I didn’t request a room change. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the service throughout the stay was very good.

The Saturday BBQ dinner was disappointing and did not meet expectations. There was no BBQ seafood selection, only some meats. The BBQ fish was served cold, dipping sauces were very limited with no cili padi or sambal provided, and even basic chilli sauce only arrived after about 45 minutes. The ice cream was rock hard and could not even be scooped. In contrast, breakfast was excellent, which made the dinner experience even more underwhelming. The dinner standard should match the quality of breakfast.

I also appreciated the honesty and efficiency of the staff. After checkout, the duty manager contacted me promptly to inform me that I had left some items behind and kindly assisted in handing them over to a Grab driver for delivery back to me. That level of service was commendable.

The kids club also needs improvement. It was messy and there didn’t seem to be anyone supervising the area. We were informed that socks were required, yet there were children and adults inside without socks. There was also nobody organising or managing kids’ activities.

Overall, the service staff were great, but the hotel would benefit from better room upkeep, stronger dinner quality control, and improved supervision at the kids club.

Not impressive and at the same time not disappointed. I dont quite understand why the door keeper decided to welcomed us with the side door? the whole experience was just alright. The mineral water in the room were too small / little. But luckily they managed to give more bottles upon request to the House Keeping. The parking outdoor tent to have illegal parking / park at the side caused the image of the hotel not so great.

Friendly staff and food was excellent. I chose this location as it was near to Johor Premium Outlet and they have free shuttle service to JPO.
