Viele lokale Restaurants in der Nähe
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße. Man hört aber gar nichts von der Straße in der Nacht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist hellhörig. In einer Nacht wurde ich wegen den Geräuschen aus dem Nachbarzimmer geweckt.

Die Ausstattung (Zimmer, Fitness) kann langsam erneuert werden.

Warm wwcome and a comfortable stay
Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and a lovely pool.
The staff engaged with us in a friendly and professional way and genuine interest, especially the security/door staff. The hotel is in a good location close (walkable) to some excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our stay

Convenient Location, Comfortable Stay & Great Hospitality
Pros:

Stayed for one night on 4 August while attending a business meeting in Johor. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is very convenient, especially for those travelling to Senai for business. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff were welcoming and professional.

The only minor issue was in Room 527, where the air conditioner cover seemed to be loose, causing a rattling noise whenever the air conditioning was running. It slightly affected my sleep, but I informed the reception team upon checkout so that maintenance could look into it.

Other than that, everything was great. Although the rate is slightly higher than some alternatives in the area, I believe the comfort, convenience, and service make it worth the money. As I travel to Johor regularly for business, Impiana will definitely remain one of my preferred choices. Thank you for the hospitality, and I look forward to staying again.
