Pros:

On a positive note, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.

Cons:

The cleanliness and hygiene standards need improvement. Most of the towels provided were not clean, with dark spots and yellow stains. They appeared as though they had not been changed or properly replaced for some time.

The toilet facilities were also not in good condition. The toilet bowl had visible yellow stains, and there was an unpleasant smell when flushing the toilet.

I hope the management can look into this matter and take the necessary action to improve the cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfort. Complete with all the amenities needed and the breakfast was good. The reception staff also was so kind to me. Thank you Impiana Senai for the hospitality.
