The hotel is in a great location, with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The hospitality, facilities, and services are all excellent.
The room was spacious and comfort. Complete with all the amenities needed and the breakfast was good. The reception staff also was so kind to me. Thank you Impiana Senai for the hospitality.

Room - spacious, clean, and overall, very comfortable; welcome gift/pouch - much appreciated (and cute too); wifi connection - great (able to do work without disruptions); breakfast - good spread and nice; light refreshments - unexpected, but very much appreciated.

I really liked the room we stayed in. It was spacious, the lighting was bright enough. The best part was the bed. The mattress, pillows and bedding were so comfortable. I had a really good night's sleep. Also, shout out to the body shampoo, loved the lemony scent.
Only the lobby was nice; everything else was dirty. Once we got into the room, the bedsheets were dirty, the towel was dirty. It looked like black stains on the towel. There was a bit of blood on the pillowcase, and a bedsheet had a mark on it as if no one had checked properly. The sofa was dirty, the luggage holding area was dirty. Everything was dirty, so we only stayed for an hour before we left.
They promised to work on a refund for us and asked us to push through the free cancellation option in Booking.com, but then, after we left and came back, they declined our request for the cancellation through Booking.com. They did not live up to their word after we only stayed in the room for one hour because it was just too dirty to sleep in.
