Fair review, since it is a budget hotel.
Pros:

The price for 1 night stay.

Cons:

Lighting in the room was dim, TV has only 1 channel for viewing. The hotel is located in an industrial area and pretty isolated. As such, need to have either a car or GRAB service if wants to get around.

Felt more like a motel.
Pros:

Location. Clean.

Cons:

Sparse, pillows were too soft. Couldn't really sleep. Provided only 2 pillows instead of four.

Not worth for the price paid. No drinking water bottles. Except location nothing to say.

hotel ina nice location surrounded by shopping malls

Cons:

not very clean. Carpets are dirty. Fitting in rooms are very minimal for the price paid. They don't even provide drinking water bottles. oppsss.. sad.
