Le professionnalisme du personnel. Nous avons changé de chambre 3 fois.

Tenía parking y habitaciones espaciosas. Se podía subir equipaje desde el parking.

Cons:

Muy estrictos con la hora del checkin. Llegamos a las 14 porque íbamos con hora española y hasta las 15 no nos dieron habitación. Creo es normal en Portugal.

Fecho da garagem era às 23.30.
Chegámos às 23.15 e estava tudo fechado. Tivemos de ligar 2x para nos abrirem a porta. Acabámos por ter de arranjar estacionamento.

2 star hotel price for a 2 star hotel stay. No way this is 4 stars
Pros:

Location is good, price is good

Cons:

Beds are very uncomfortable
Garage is tight and no way to know if it is fully occupied. If it is, you need to drive on reverse on a steep ramp.
Lack of privacy on the toilet
Old style room is just not good enough for a 4star hotel
Breakfast is lacking options

Pros:

Posizione comoda e comodo il parcheggio. Personale cortese

Cons:

Struttura fatiscente, sporca(le lenzuola palesemente non erano pulite), problemi con la porta e con l’ascensore. Sembra uno stabile in stato di abbandono.
