Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y funcionales. Está súper bien ubicado, además el personal fue en todo momento muy amable
The receptionist was nice , breakfast was good , the price was amazing , 70€ for the evening , of course at that price one can't expect luxury , but then again the description was 4 star , the photos were exceptional , and actually , we can see it was a grand hotel once upon a time , but it's now slowly falling apart . It was clean though .
Like I said , the photos and the description offered luxury , of course , it was too good to be true because the price was do cheap , so for the price it was great , but the hotel is nothing like it described .

Très bien placé pour visiter la ville, et un ameublement années 30 charmant qu'on a bien aimé. parking gratuit et le plus, la piscine !! Préférer les chambres sur l'arrière, les pavés sont un peu bruyants (mais il y a des doubles vitrages)

A localização, próximo da praça da República
A experiência com as acomodações ficou muito aquém do esperado para um hotel de 4 estrelas. O quarto apresentava condições de conforto bastante insatisfatórias. As camas eram menores do que os próprios colchões, que aparentavam ser bastante antigos e estavam longe de oferecer o conforto esperado para uma estadia de qualidade.
As almofadas eram extremamente finas e sem qualquer suporte ou conforto, tornando o descanso ainda mais difícil.
Para agravar a situação, encontrámos mosquitos e formigas na cama, o que consideramos inaceitável num estabelecimento desta categoria e levanta sérias questões relativamente às condições de higiene e manutenção.
De uma forma geral, ficámos bastante dececionados com as condições oferecidas. A qualidade das acomodações não corresponde, de forma alguma, ao padrão que seria razoável esperar de um hotel de 4 estrelas.
Atendimento na receção muito parco, hotel numa cidade tão bonita e tão portuguesa, a rececionista não falava português.
Para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. O pequeno almoço era muito fraco, todos os bolos eram embalados, a variedade de pão também era pouca, só tinha pão de forma e uma variedade de pão fresco. A única coisa que tem de 4 estrelas é ovos e fruta laminada.
As roupas das camas e toalhas eram muito antigas e gastas.
A casa de banho tem vidro, o que faz com que não tenha privacidade, se alguém vai com um amigo torna-se desconfortável.
A disposição do quarto não era a mais correta, visto a TV estar na lateral da cama e as janelas serem atrás da cabeceira da cama.
