Didn’t stay. Unpleasant experience.

Cons:

We booked Moon San based on the images and descriptions presented on the booking platform. Unfortunately, our experience upon arrival was very different from what was advertised. The units shown online were not the ones actually offered to us. Instead accommodations assigned to us were to the rear of the property, which differed significantly from the advertised photos.
This is misleading and did not meet reasonable expectations based on the listing. Additionally, the unit appeared poorly maintained, and we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. As a result, we made the decision to leave and secure alternative accommodations, despite the likelihood of forfeiting our payment.
Fortunately, we were able to find another property nearby with availability, and we were able to enjoy remainder of our vacation.
We asked the person on site to cancel with the hope that monies would be credited to us but to date nothing has been refunded.
Also, breakfast included as part of amenities is not true… there is no restaurant on site.
To rate Moon San based on this experience I can only give ONE STAR
We strongly encourage future guest to seek clarification on exact unit being booked before confirming their reservation.

Great location on one of the best parts of the island.
Pros:

This place was incredible. Cool location right next to the Blue Lagoon. The place was clean and secure, with great Wi-Fi. The house manager was a really great guy. Knowledgeable and very down to earth.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer to see more of that area of Portland. The place is ideal for visiting the best spots in that part of the island, but my stay was too short to take full advantage of many of them. Next time...

There was no tea/ drinks making facilities.no kettle,.no cups,spoon or drinking glass for the bathroon, no tea , coffee or anything to make such.The tv internet set uo was a joke,but not funny.All i could see on screen it was set up to a foreign non english speaking country.It is such a shame that such small things ŵhich are a comfort to guest was overlooked.
