Security Deposit
A refundable £200 deposit is required for all bookings as a security deposit via a valid credit card matching the name of the main guest.
This security deposit will be returned automatically to your card two days after departure. The deposit will be retuned in full subject to:
1) No damage to the apartment, furniture or any items in the apartment: damaged, stained or missing.
2) No smoking, no vaping, no marijuana in or in the vicinity of the apartment: (including smoking out of the windows)
3) No noise after 9pm: To ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests we have a “No-Noise after 9pm” policy that means we ask for all guests to ensure that after 9pm there is no loud music or loud social gatherings in their apartment.
4) No illegal activities or use of any illegal drugs including N20 gas
5) No excessive cleaning being required
6) No cause for security or police to attend
7) Return of traditional key cards if issued (£5 per card)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Spacious apartment with quality furnishings, secure and straightforward check in process, good value for money compared to other self catering alternatives in the area.
Location is only 15 minutes walk from the train station but it feels like it is on the outskirts of the city centre, in a slightly more run down part of town. There were very few plug sockets which must be due to the conversion of the property. You couldn't have the bedside light and phone charger plugged in at the same time in the main bedroom, as there was only one single plug socket on each side of the bed. Overall I think the property hits the mark for value for money but it could provide a little extra and a few more finishing touches I have seen in other similar properties, to make it really stand out
The 5th floor apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable. The location is central and it's easy to get everywhere.
The Internet based entry system is a bit clunky, Those with limited mobile phone skills will have difficulties. I was also not able to add my pass to my Apple wallet. There were also two clear opportunities to improve guest comfort. There is only one light in the bathroom far from the mirror. It made shaving a challenge and would really displease my wife. Also, the in-room closet is very poorly designed and was broken at the bottom... probably due to someone try to retrieve something from the top shelf... which requires a height of at least 190 cm to use comfortably. Finally, even with the water cooled ventilators, this place is not recommended at temperatures above 30°.
Perfectly located! Check in and out is incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and Netflix to use (lovely addition). Our stay was mid-heatwave and 2 wonderful fans awaited us as we arrived! We have stayed before and will stay again for sure. Staff were in regular communication, couldnt fault a thing.

There is no air con and only 2 small windows so the apartment is far too warm.

Convenient to transport links . Very clean and manager was vey responsive to our queries and replaced a toaster quickly that was not working properly . A cosy place ideal for a short stay . No problems with entry and exit . We enjoyed the trip .

Good central location. Apartment very clean and tidy. Good standard of furnishings, decorations etc. Kitchen generally well equipped but a microwave would be useful. Appreciated the fluffy bath sheets.
