Families and disabled guests are catered to with spacious family rooms and accessible facilities. End your day with a visit to the on-site minimarket, ensuring all your needs are met during your stay at High Street Town House.

Important information:

Security Deposit

A refundable £200 deposit is required for all bookings as a security deposit via a valid credit card matching the name of the main guest.

This security deposit will be returned automatically to your card two days after departure. The deposit will be retuned in full subject to:

1) No damage to the apartment, furniture or any items in the apartment: damaged, stained or missing.

2) No smoking, no vaping, no marijuana in or in the vicinity of the apartment: (including smoking out of the windows)

3) No noise after 9pm: To ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests we have a “No-Noise after 9pm” policy that means we ask for all guests to ensure that after 9pm there is no loud music or loud social gatherings in their apartment.

4) No illegal activities or use of any illegal drugs including N20 gas

5) No excessive cleaning being required

6) No cause for security or police to attend

7) Return of traditional key cards if issued (£5 per card)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

An ideal place to stay in when visiting Manchester.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the rooms and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The location is at the heart of the city centre.

The crack heads and noise they make.

Aside from that, the experience was good.
Pros:

A wonderful place, clean and organized ،it contains everything you need & makes you feel like home.

Cons:
