Hotel was excellent, modern and clean . Decor was at a very high standard, as we walked through hotel carpets ,walls so really well maintained all looked like new.
Room was the same walk in shower was lovely. Bed very comfortable ,and room had air con that's a bonus. Restaurant food (greek), my wife is greek and she was impressed .

Cons:

If anything hotel does not have own car park, you would have to pay £12.50 for 24 hours car parking. But we left car in road, and was ok .

The empress suite was an excellent room well worth the money lots of space very clean balcony was amazing views were gre

The first room we had was very small, the bathroom had a very small shower had to get out to wash myself then get back in it was so hot it burnt me this was the princess room not a good room but it was very clean can’t fault the cleaning

Other than sleepless night I could not fault.
Pros:

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast

Cons:

I am almost 75 yrs old and was allocated a room opposite a nightclub, did not get any sleep until 3.20a.m. The helpful staff have moved our next upcoming booking to a room well away from excessive noise.

Being a returning visitor I would have expected a better response about room availability
Pros:

Have stayed there before I n a refurbished room with a terrace and view over the pier
Which was excellent

Cons:

This time we were told that those rooms were unavailable
So ended up with views over the car park
There wasn’t much activity with people coming & going
And could clearly see the terrace rooms were available

It was also obvious when at breakfast there was very little activity !
