Pros:

The room had air conditioning, facing the sea and the balcony seats to relax

Cons:

Noise of the air conditioning unit when direction blades were set to move. It's next to a Wetherspoons.

nice overnight stay breakfast lovely
Pros:

nice room clean we had a balcony which was nice the hotel is in the middle of clacton so don't need your car breakfast was lovely and was all served to you so no up and down

Cons:

there was very loud music from over the road till 1130 no fault of the hotel on street parking with time limits on so car park is £12 for 24 hours

The location and the staff were amazing. It was clean and nicely refurbished. The lift is a bit challenging, but since I was with pram, I was very glad to have lift at all.
The only negative I experienced was as the room was located facing the side road where is a night club. I appreciate there aren’t many rooms that way, but we were unlucky. The club was very loud and the base was heavy. This disrupted our sleep quite a bit, which was very unfortunate.
Everything else in the hotel was superb.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Perfect location. Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Love the balcony 😍 and view. Although I do prefer being over the restaurant than the weatherspoons pub. A little noisy sometimes. Stayed twice this year and will be staying again. Would recommend 👌
