Cons:

Instalaciones , se olvidaron de hacerme la habitación . Tenía reserva pagada 2 habitaciones para 4 noches pagué por Booking adelantado , solicité con 24 horas de antelación que hicieran el checking para el día siguiente si podían devolverme el importe de 2 días de las 2 habitaciones y me dijeron que contactara con Booking tras hacerlo Booking me respondió que me pusiera en contacto con el hotel, se pasaron uno a otro y no me devolvieron nada. Desayuno tipo occidental pero malo.

Cons:

Rommet var veldig dårlig og ikke vedlikeholdt. Håndklærne ble fjernet fra rommet før jeg sjekket ut og det var en passiv tilbakemelding når jeg ga beskjed om dette i resepsjonen.

La ubicación y el servicio.

Cons:

Reserve para mis compañeros y mi habitación tenía una garantía de 200€ extra. Al llegar, a mi compañero no lo dejaron subir a su habitación. No era muy elegante, de verdad.

Super disappointed in Ibis and shocked at how ACCOR hotels group has barely any supervision

Nothing, except for its location

Cons:

It was full of cockroaches, and i had to change my room 3 times at 2:30 am. Totally inconvenient and if i had more time, i would have complained to the municipality and ministry of health. I’m more than happy to spend a bit more and get a decent service.

L'expérience a malheureusement commencé de manière très décevante. Lors de la confirmation de ma réservation, j'ai été accueilli par une réceptionniste prénommée Rim, dont l'attitude était sèche et peu aimable. Elle interrompait constamment mes réponses sans me laisser terminer mes phrases et ne semblait pas maîtriser l'ordre logique des questions à poser, ce qui a rendu l'échange particulièrement désagréable.

Concernant la chambre (804), une forte odeur de nourriture frite était présente durant tout le séjour, probablement en raison d'un problème de ventilation, soit au niveau de la gaine technique, soit via la trappe de climatisation. Cette odeur persistante était très incommodante.

La chambre était également très froide, le thermostat étant impossible à régler. La fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas, ce qui empêchait d'aérer la pièce. À cela s'ajoute une pression d'eau très faible dans la douche, peu compatible avec le confort attendu.

Le petit-déjeuner est assez décevant : aucune salade de fruits et un choix globalement limité par rapport à d'autres établissements Ibis que j'ai eu l'occasion de fréquenter.

Enfin, le restaurant du soir ressemble davantage à un bar populaire qu'au restaurant d'un hôtel Ibis. L'atmosphère y est particulièrement désagréable en raison de la fumée de cigarette, ce qui rend les repas peu agréables. De plus, la table était collante, laissant penser que le nettoyage n'avait pas été effectué correctement, ce qui donne une impression générale de manque d'hygiène.

Dans l'ensemble, cette expérience est loin du niveau de qualité auquel je suis habitué dans les hôtels Ibis. J'espère que ces différents points seront pris en considération afin d'améliorer l'expérience des futurs clients.
