It was close to metro and mini supermarket and restaurants right next door. It was clean and the room had enough space. Also very friendly customer service
The shower was hard to use, because the water would go outside or the shower curtain black the plug hole. It’s minor but poorly designed

It was a great location, lots of cafes and restaurants near-by, 20 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and the colosseum. As a solo female, I felt safe, however I did not go out in the dark so I can’t comment on what it’s like past 8pm. It is close to Roma termini, which I was apprehensive about after seeing negative reviews but this hotel isn’t located on the side that is typically referred to as ‘unsafe’. It is also close to a bus station and supermarket. There is also a water refill a short walk away which offers cold still or sparkling water. It is also close to the University with a safe walk there and back if this is a journey you need.
I was a bit anxious beforehand due to the lack of response to my email queries, but the day before check in they contacted me to confirm my check in, and they also took my number to WhatsApp me. They sent detailed check in instructions with pictures and videos included so it was a breeze. They responded fast to WhatsApp’s and emails at this time too. The cleaning staff were lovely and I liked having fresh towels and my bed made and freshened up each day. I would stay here again, it was great value for money, especially when considering how expensive other hotels in the same area are!
The hotel room was basic, but it was expected so I don’t see this as an issue. There was a powerful fan in the room which did drown out all outside noise, I think without this there could’ve been some noise issues as I could hear people from other rooms once I turned the fan off. The shower was nice and powerful, and heated up quickly!
There wasn’t anything I was unhappy with. The rooms could use a freshen up with the paint; but that’s just superficial, I had no real issues.

Great location, the bed was comfy and there was a fan. Sink in the room was nice. The staff were really responsive and very very helpful.
The shared bathroom wasn’t great but was ok for the price. Someone kept coming into our room at like 9:30 in the morning and then being like oops and leaving. Was a little bit strange that she had access to our room.

The location and the cleaning lady who works hard and does her best.
This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve experienced.
Taking a shower was a challenge because the bathroom was ridiculously small. To make matters worse, the ventilation fan didn’t work at all, leaving the bathroom humid, stuffy, and smelling unpleasant.
Flushing the toilet was another frustration, as it barely functioned properly. Basic facilities that should work without issue simply didn’t.
I specifically booked a room with a double bed, but what I got was two single beds pushed together. They kept sliding apart during the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep and completely defeating the purpose of requesting a double bed.
Getting any rest was nearly impossible. The noise from outside was constant, and even with the windows fully closed, it still sounded as if they were open. The lack of sound insulation was unacceptable.
For the price paid, this level of comfort and maintenance is simply unacceptable. The room failed to meet even the most basic standards, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
