Would return, a lovely hotel.
Pros:

The staff were great. The pool area is lovely and the mural is fab. A lovely hotel.

Cons:

We had booked a double room but it was simply 2 single beds pushed together with separate duvets etc which wasnt ideal.

Cons:

Location is a bit out of tourist areas. That being said, taxis weren't expensive. Indoor pool was a bit cold, and steam room wasn't very hot

Overall a very disappointing and overpriced hotel, great location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient to explore Lisbon. The front desk staff, especially Adilson, was friendly, professional and welcoming throughout the stay.

Cons:

This hotel is absolutely not at the level expected from a 5-star property. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing: poor quality products, no atmosphere, and almost no service. Having breakfast located on level -2 also makes the experience feel cheap and unpleasant.

The elevators are old, the beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are extremely hard. It is also impossible to open the bedroom windows for fresh air. The business corner on level -1 has no service, no windows, and no proper workspace. The spa experience was also far below 5-star standards. Paying around €1,700 for 5 nights was absolutely not worth the price, and we will not return.
