Top hotel, good location, great staff, lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, room was of a high standard and clean. Located in a good neighbourhood.

Cons:

This is being perhaps over critical... The pool did not get sunshine late afternoon but this was understandable as in the middle of the city surrounded by tall buildings.

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä. Hotellin yleisilme oli siisti. Sijainti erittäin hyvä. Metroasema lähellä sekä kävelymatka ydinkeskustaan.

Cons:

Allasalueen viheralue epäsiisti ja hoitamaton. Nurmialuetta ei oltu hoidettu lainkaan. Samoin hotellin sisäpihan viheralue jäänyt täysin hoitamatta. Ei mielestämme vastaa viiden tähden hotelliluokitusta.

Lovely hotel with great facilitiies. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and spacious room with good facilities including coffee machine and robes. It was a great bonus to have a pool with bar and use of spa facilities. We ate in the reaturant and the food and service were both good. The hotel was well located for exploring the city, walkable to many attractions and close to a number of coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel was a little way from the main centre which was expected and suited us as it meant it was generally quieter and more reasonably priced, however for some the walk maybe be a little challenging especially given the hills!
