I’m very disappointed in the lack of respect I was shown on this stay
Cons:

My room was accessed without my permission when all my personal stuffs where laird on my bed as I was preparing to pack for my departure . This shows lack of respect as I already placed no disturbed on my door n I had left the room to pick up a few stuffs with my friend down stairs.

The swimming pool on the evening is not very clean, the jacuzzi was not working. Pool light were not all on.

Comforting Stay at Sofitel Damansara
Pros:

I recently stayed at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara and had another wonderful experience.

A special thank you to Miss Sabesha at the front desk. She attended to my check-in promptly, was warm and welcoming, and kindly upgraded us to a Junior Suite. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued.

One of the reasons I enjoy staying at this hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated between Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, making it easy to get around. DC Mall is just next door, with Jaya Grocer, CU Convenience Store, cafés, and even a wine shop within walking distance.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciate the coffee machine, in-room filtered drinking water, and quality amenities. The bed provided a restful night’s sleep, and the overall ambience was relaxing.

The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a busy day.

Overall, Sofitel Damansara continues to be one of my favourite Accor hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Great service, comfortable rooms, an excellent location, and a consistently enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning again.

A Super Sofitel Stay - A huge Thank You to Renggasamy for true 5* service!
Pros:

Having just booked to return for a 5 night stay in September, I realised I hadn’t added a review for my October stay!



Our previous suite stay was anything but sweet, however Renggasamy, the fantastic Front Office Manager ensured this stay was very much a superior affair.



He had arranged for the hotel’s car service to meet me at KLIA and whisked me to the property.



It's an impressive property and the front desk staff were engaged and helpful. 



My Junior suite was perfectly appointed and with none of the niggles from our previous visit. 


Meeting friends and such in town I didn’t spend too much time in the property but did have time to grab cocktail at the bar. Again the service was friendly.



The pedestrian link via the mall across the road has been completed and this makes catching the MTR into KLCC a breeze. 



Once again Renggasamy made the stay a positive one and his kindness and excellent service is much appreciated; I shall return clutching Shortbread and Scottish treats as a small Thank You.He really is a great Ambassador for the hotel.



It will also be good too to check-out Club Millésime again on what I hope will be another super stay!
