It was comparatively good but not enough items. I could not get the coffee . When I asked them for coffee they asked for the extra charge.
I stayed 4 night . They did not change bedsheet in 4 days. And they did not clean the room floor properly. Stay one night is ok but I do not recommend to stay more than 1 night.
Nothing
They were asking for the proof if marriage. I mean, seriously??!! Does couples or family travel with paper proof of marriage these days?? A deep shit type reception and management. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very nice and professional
Gostei da localização, super próximo do aeroporto e eles tem serviço de transfer. Os quartos são organizados e limpos e tem tudo que você precisa, desde secador de cabelo até ferro de passar roupa… os atendentes são simpáticos e te ajudam no que você precisar!
The hotel was absolutely nice and clean and with amazing service, great location close to the airport and with a delicious restaurant. We were helped from first moment and got help in getting to the airport on the day of our departure.
Room was clean and tidy.
The restaurant has delicious food and lot of vegetarian option too. Breakfast buffet was rich and with lot of variety.
During our stay personnel was lovely with us at all time, we were really glad to receive such a warm welcome.
Unfortunately my room was just underneath the restaurant so when personnel started preparing breakfast service very early in the morning I could hear every noise coming from upstairs. My colleague had a room on the same floor and slept perfectly, so I am sure that the issue is limited to very few rooms.
