Entspannt, freundlich und familiär, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll zubereitet, viele hausgemachte Produkte (z.B. Kuchen, Waffeln, Pancakes). Das Personal war superfreundlich und ist auch Sonderwünschen (laktosefreie Milch) sehr gern nachgekommen. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentrumsnah, 10-15 Min. zu Fuß, und man ist beim Ötzi-Museum. Der Weg ist auch schön und bietet viele interessante Restaurants und Cafés. Unser Zimmer ging nach hinten und war ruhig, wir konnten nachts das Fenster auflassen.

My stay was comfortable in this centrally placed hotel.Only fly in the soup was a few missing items in the bathroom.
Pros:

The reception was very friendly.
We had a good breakfast.
I found the bed very comfortable.
The room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

Although we booked for two we had only one set of towels.Rather inadequate.
No bathroom rugs on the floor.
I would have welcomed complementary tooth brushes.

Pros:

Piccolo hotel vicino al centro, nella norma, abbiamo pernottato una notte, se trovi parcheggio gratuito davanti all’hotel, altrimenti a pagamento.

Cons:

Stanze piccole, e bagni piccoli, purtroppo i prezzi sono un po alti ma si allineano alla città, parcheggio €20 al giorno, troppo, a Monaco costa 14€, colazione 13€ a persona, troppo cara, conviene andare ai bar nei dintorni.

Pros:

Breakfast overall was ok

Cons:

They said there was parking but just 3 or 4 slots are free so if you arrive late you need to pay to park in their internal garden and you can be called anytime to remove your car in order to let someone go through or the other way around

No free parking, small room.
Pros:

Clean

Cons:

Very small room considered "family room" for 2 adults and 2 children. No value for money
It stated "free parking" when there are only 3 parking spots for all guests, we had to park on the street or pay the hotel 20euro for their parking. I do not recommend.

Für eine Nacht ein sauberer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Schönes Badezimmer.Der Hund war willkommen.

Cons:

Nachts war es in der Umgebung sehr laut.Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht ganz. Für eine recht einfache Ausstattung war der Preis des Zimmers zu hoch, wobei Parkkosten und Gebühr für den Hund auch noch dazu kamen.

Pros:

Friendly staff who were enthusiastic to help wherever they could. Being a smaller hotel you feel welcomed every time you walk through the door. Clean rooms. Lots of cupboard space. Opening windows with a view. New bathroom with strong shower pressure. Nice selection at breakfast. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends.

Cons:

These are not complaints, just items to consider changing in future (judging by the photos this may be specific to only 1 room, 204):
The edge of the bed frame has an overhanging sharp wooden corner at shin height which caused a few painful moments. A handyman could round off those corners and then repaint them.
There was a gap between the headboard and the wall so that as you got onto the bed the headboard banged against the wall making a noise for both your room and the room next door.
The room was neat and tidy, but the first impression when opening the door could be better. This room had a basic empty desk, white walls and no pictures. The room is actually very good for the needs of a guest; it just gives the impression of being basic or minimalist at first glance. Maybe a bit more colour on the walls, a nice picture, or something pretty on the desk is needed.
Breakfast starts at 07:30 which is tight for people with office hours appointments.

gutes Hotel mit Garage und fußläufig 20 Min von der Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist am Rand von Gries. Bis in die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit eine Garage zu mieten. Das ist super, wenn man wie wir mit einem Oldtimer unterwegs ist.
Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit
