Pros:

Location was great. But it was hard to find at first because the sign was small.

Cons:

I stayed in a suite room.
There is a tub, sink, toilet, and shower in the bathroom. Water came out from under the shower door when I used it, and the bathroom floor got wet all the way.

Also, I went to the large shared bath at the spa area on the first floor. It is a nice bathroom, but some plastic tape on the glass wall ruined the nice atmosphere.

Breakfast was good.

Pros:

出張で初めて利用してみました。ホテルはちょっと古いが、綺麗な状態をキープしています。朝飯は割とおいしかったです。駅近くアクセス面が便利。

Cons:

４つ星はちょっと高いかな。あえて３つ星くらいでしょう。ビジネス利用者が多いから、USBケーブル等おいてくれると幸い。スタッフがフロントに常駐してない分は自己チェックイン等の受付システムを導入すれば良い。

部屋、設備が綺麗
Pros:

部屋が広い。
駐車場が無料。
部屋以外に大浴場が利用出来る。
喫煙ルーム3Fが綺麗

Cons:

アメニティ(ひげ剃り、ブラシ、など)が無い。
大浴場まで行く場合分かりにくい。

Would definitely stay here again...just might need to bring my own pillow
Pros:

Staff were very patient, kind, and helpful. Room was great. It was nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view. It wasn't a great view but it was good and I enjoyed seeing it for what it was.

Cons:

The only thing was that the bed is very firm (a little too firm for me) and the pillow had these hard beads in it and was extremely uncomfortable to lay on. Thankfully I could sleep without a pillow.
