Pros:

スタッフの方達の対応が良かった事と部屋も値段よりワンランク上の感じがしました。
食事も美味しく頂けました。
お風呂も綺麗で良かったです。

Large older grand hotel convenient location for our train journeys, but not a tourist spot
Pros:

like the larger solidly built rooms, liked the onsen and also the fitness room, and the room on 8th floor was quiet.

Cons:

the hours for the fitness room were too short, the bed pillows were too hard

非常に満足
Pros:

駅近なのにも関わらず駐車場無料はありがたかった。
値段と部屋のクオリティーを考えると、最高レベルに良かったと感じています。

Cons:

お風呂のお湯の調節が難しかったです。お湯と冷水それぞれの蛇口を捻ってちょうど良く調整するタイプで、古さを感じました。

親子共に楽しめました！
Pros:

雰囲気のあるクラシカルな部屋と、モダンな部屋があって楽しめました！モダンな部屋は広々としていました。
地下駐車場を利用しましたが、スタッフの方もとても感じのよい方でした。

Cons:

3階から4階への移動には階段を使用しましたが、絨毯のフロアから一気に絨毯のないフロアになり、少し無機質な印象を受けました^^;せっかくいい雰囲気があるので、階段も徹底できればなお良いかと思います。
