Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in downtown, offering beautiful views of the River Nile and the city. If possible, I would recommend requesting a Nile-view room.

We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with an excellent view, which made our stay even more special.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, especially considering that it is an older property. Overall, we had a great stay and nothing much to complain about. I would happily recommend it.

The best part: The pictures shown are genuine! The rooms look exactly as pictured, and the views are just as advertised. This is quite refreshing, especially compared to many other downtown Cairo hotels that seem to use AI-generated or heavily enhanced photos.
