Not recommended for dining , rooms is ok , spacious and well furnished
Pros:

Well appointed rooms , dining and bar area well designed, swimming pool area clean and eye appealing.
Service needs improvement , especially in dining area , feels like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you .
Ordered a simple appetizer and waited more than 30 minutes and still no service .
Dining room was occupied by only one more table . No excuses for the delay . Previous afternoon ordered schnitzel and was flat as a pancake and very very oily , no garnished dinner plate , terrible service !
I’ve been to CLARKTON HOTEL numerous times in the past ,much better service with previous management .

The staff push this hotel to a solid 6 star hotel
Pros:

The staff from the security guard, dining room staff, housekeepers, and front office staff were so kind, considerate, and helpful in every way. Sheila, Ailene, the bartender, and many others are so personal and kind. We hated to leave this hotel because we feel we made such a connection with them. May God bless them all!

Cons:

The beds are kind of hard, the sink did not have a plunger lift rod, weak internet and therefore unable to use television apps.

We didn’t spend much time so I cannot really review

Cons:

Our room was noisy as we were in front of the stairs and on the road, we did not realise we booked a roadside room.
The noise of motorbikes was all night so very little sleep. I think we probably got the worst 2 rooms in this hotel

Pros:

Only stayed here for one night as we had an early flight the next morning. Didn't spend much time here but was good for the quick stay.

Cons:

They offered airport transfers for a fee but we realized that grab was a lot cheaper

Cons:

There’s no elevator. The room description says hairdryers are provided, but there wasn’t one in our room. I called the front desk and I was told they didn’t have any available because the hotel was fully booked. That means there’s not one in every room as advertised. Other than that, the room was comfortable.

Pros:

SMモール、Walking street とのフリーシャトルが非常に便利でした。一度SMモールから乗ろうと思いましたが来ませんでした。（来たけど駐車できずにどこかに行ったのかと推測しました）ピックアップ場所をしっかり確認してください。
セブンイレブンがすぐ横にあり便利です。
ロケーションは街から離れていますが、街のホテルは歓楽街近くでうるさそうなので、そういう意味では若干ですが静かな方かと思いました。
部屋のアメニティで水がついています。シャンプーとボディーソープ、歯ブラシもありました。
Wifiはちゃんと繋がって良いです。ベッドも寝心地良かったです。

Cons:

プールの見えない部屋は、ただの部屋です。金額に対してコスパは良くありません。写真ほどきれいな感じではなく、古さが目立つので、少し高いと感じました。ちなみにプールは汚いからか誰も入っていませんでした。入れるようですが、実質飾りです。
ロケーションは、SMモールからかなり離れています。
また、壁が薄いというか、廊下の声など丸聞こえなので、壁に大きな隙間でもあるのかと思ったほどです。
フィリピン全体に言えるのかもしれませんが、シャワーの水圧はかなり心許ないです。桶で集めて流します。
