Nos acogieron muy bien y nos permitieron adelantar el ingreso y poder guardar nuestras maletas porque llegamos temprano a Máncora
Quiero destacar la gestión de Judith. No solo el lugar cumple con las expectativas, sino que su disposición y amabilidad marcan la diferencia. Estuvo pendiente de cada detalle y siempre con una sonrisa. Da gusto hospedarse en lugares con una administración tan profesional y cercana
Our room was really spacious, nice and clean. The bed was huge (2m wide), though the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but still nice enough to have a good night sleep. The shower had a good pressure and there was always hot water.
The common kitchen and dining area are very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed hanging out there. The staff is really nice and helpful!! We loved our one week stay at Puerto Bamboo!
If you're looking for a place with a nice pool area to hangout all day, this is not your place. The pool was okay, but small and there was very little space to lay down in the sun. Beware that the street is quite remote so you get to walk a lot (or to use moto taxi). There is very little insulation in the rooms so you hear your neighbors and on some of the evenings/nights we could hear music from nearby hostels.

L’isolation sonore : Si les voisins de chambre sont calmes ça va, mais si il sont bruyants on les entend beaucoup. Mais comme dans toutes les constructions de Mancora je pense.
En revanche le quartier est très calme.

Todo maravilloso, la dueña súper amable, las instalaciones excelente. Muy bonito el espacio y cómodo para descansar y entretenerse.

El hospedaje es un excelente lugar. Las personas que nos recibieron fueron extremadamente amables y nos dieron muchos tips y recomendaciones para movernos por Mancora. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y privadas, dotadas de excelentes servicios, incluyendo las camas, la televisión y el agua caliente. El wifi funciona excelente, la piscina es muy cómoda y la cocina también. Existe una gran aislación del ruido y la luz si es que se considera necesario. El sistema de acceso también es muy cómodo.
Realmente todos los aspectos fueron bastante cómodos. Solo el hecho de que haya un cobro adicional por el aire acondicionado resulta un poco curioso.

The common kitchen was poorly equipped
We spent a week here and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are simple and have what you need. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. The family that runs this accommodation is very welcoming. The accommodation is a bit away from the Main street but central enough to reach everything on foot.
It could be cleaned in more detail but basically it was clean.
Well decorated bungalow, nice pool area, central location, prompt and excellent service. Highly recommended!
