Who went out of his way to give me suggestions of places to visit and Housekeeping Staffmember “Neisa” who cleans a room to perfection and greets you with a smile daily.

Pros:

Very good and nice experience. Great reception and guest relations (special thanks to ms sameera). Got a free upgrade and enjoyed wonderful views on Ulsor lake and city from 17th floor. I liked the interior design of the room a lot. Probably the best matress I slept in a hotel. Walking distance to city center. Breakfast menu was the biggest and best I had in years. I am sure I come again.

Cons:

Cappuccino at breakfast was not even mediocre. Please get some proper machines, it is really all about good coffee, even more in a 5 star hotel.

An amazing stay at this hotel, not forgetting Mr Lokraj always ready to welcome with a smile!
Pros:

The overall atmosphere was safe, peaceful and family friendly. The food was delicious with plenty of options at breakfast. The rooms were very clean, spacious and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly professional and always ready to help with a smile.
Overall the experience exceeded my expectations.
We made great memories together.

Excellent hotel, great location and lovely staff
Pros:

Good food selection in the buffet, room with an excellent view of Bangalore, very clean hotel and enjoyed the musician in the lobby, polite staff

Cons:

We stayed in the family suite and the lighting for the rooms were a bit fiddly.

Das Personal war sehr höflich, professionell und achtete auf jedes Detail; es war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, das Frühstück und der Service waren ausgezeichnet.

In der Lobby und in den Aufzügen waren zu viele Mücken

Der Bademeister am Pool war unhöflich und aggressiv, nicht zuvorkommend und passte nicht zum professionellen Auftreten des restlichen Hotelpersonals, da er seine Arbeit so schnell wie möglich hinter sich bringen wollte. Er begann schon früh, die Liegestühle wegzuräumen, was dazu führte, dass keine entspannte Atmosphäre herrschte.
