An exceptional hotel with outstanding hospitality. My first choice whenever I visit Bengaluru. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

One thing that truly impressed me was the exceptional hospitality of the reception team. I requested a late check-out until 2:00 PM so I could perform my Dhuhr and Asr prayers before leaving, and they were very accommodating. Before checking out, I told the reception supervisor that I would leave my luggage with them and continue my business meetings in the lobby. I then asked, "Since you've kindly extended my check-out so I could pray Dhuhr and Asr, where can I pray Maghrib and Isha later this evening?" He smiled and replied, "Don't worry, sir. We'll take care of that and arrange a room for you to pray."

When it was time for Maghrib prayer, I returned to the reception, and the supervisor asked a staff member to escort me to the B1 level. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel had a dedicated prayer room with carpets, copies of the Holy Quran, and a proper ablution (wudu) area. This thoughtful facility and the outstanding service made a lasting impression on me. I will definitely make Conrad Bengaluru my preferred hotel whenever I visit Bengaluru.

Cons:

I couldn't find anything negative to mention. Everything was excellent.

Pros:

The different options of foods available. The Indian restaurant, Durbar food, Chinese and the Italian Restaurant. The Lady playing the Sitar in the morning is splendid and give you a positive vibes. All the staff are very friendly and thanks to Rimpa, Malay, Bijay, Ajay and Miss Isha in Durbar Resto for their services and finally to the Pastry Chef and Chef Sarvana

Cons:

The security check every time you enter the lobby. But i understand that this is for security reason.

Fantastisch verblijf.
Pros:

De mate van gastvrijheid en zorg om het ons compleet naar de zin te maken was ongelooflijk. Vanwege onze dieetwensen hadden we assistentie nodig van het keukenpersoneel. Dit werd supergoed opgepakt. We zijn als royals behandeld.

It was a really lovely experience. I’d love to come back.
Pros:

-The quality was pretty much exactly as I’d expected. we had a lovely time.
-They were able to sort things out straight away, such as adding an extra bed.
-The bath-tub and washbasin is made in Japan (TOTO). And we were satisfied with the quality.
-We were particularly impressed by the staff’s courteous service during the dosa cooking experience, especially given how busy they were. Thank you so much.

Cons:

-It would have been helpful to have more detailed information regarding the use of the swimming pool, such as the location of the changing rooms.
-It was difficult to find the slippers in the room.
-Regarding dinner, I hope more selection of fruit and meat dishes. There was only one item of fresh fruit.
-For packages including breakfast and dinner, the opening hours of the lounge overlapped, making it difficult to use. I would also like to see a wider selection of dishes on the lounge menu.
-It would have been nice if the staff had been a little more courteous when I made an enquiry via the in-house telephone system. However, my request was dealt with.
- I’d like the bills for the spa and restaurant to be settled all at once when I check out.
- I wasn’t able to receive a receipt at the checked-out. It may just be a misunderstanding on my side, though.
