Pros:

Our stay was truly excellent and one of the happiest vacation experiences we have had as a family.

We travelled from the UK to India, for a short holiday and were really looking forward to enjoying authentic South Indian food. The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent and exceeded all our expectations. There was a wonderful variety of authentic dishes, everything was fresh and of superb quality, and it really felt like we were enjoying the flavours of home.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality was outstanding, and we felt very comfortable as a family. The hotel was also very welcoming towards children, which made the experience even more enjoyable for us.

The food was truly top-notch, the service was wonderful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Most importantly, our children had such a wonderful time, and this became one of their happiest holiday experiences.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, delicious authentic South Indian food and a wonderful family-friendly stay.

The hotel is centrally located yet at a quiet surrounding, it is a modern property, good room size and has everything for a comfortable stay. Many of the other hotels in Bangalore may have greater brand recognition (in India) and heritage but most of those properties have aged and in need of renovation. This is one of the key reasons I tend to choose a modern hotel like Conrad that offers everything you need for a great stay in Bangalore. I used the hotel's transport for airport drop, the Innova was very comfortable, clean and the drive was very smooth.

Cons:

F&B did not meet my expectations. Especially the Sunday Lunch buffet at that price point was a disappointment for me. Perhaps after my long travel that wasn't the best option for me. Next time I would choose the Indian Durbar Restaurant at the hotel for a more peaceful ambience. Apart from that it required a couple of follow-ups from my side to get the invoice e-mailed to me. I had opted for e-mail invoice over printed one. Check-out experience could improve.

Wonderful hotel

An exceptional hotel with outstanding hospitality. My first choice whenever I visit Bengaluru. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

One thing that truly impressed me was the exceptional hospitality of the reception team. I requested a late check-out until 2:00 PM so I could perform my Dhuhr and Asr prayers before leaving, and they were very accommodating. Before checking out, I told the reception supervisor that I would leave my luggage with them and continue my business meetings in the lobby. I then asked, "Since you've kindly extended my check-out so I could pray Dhuhr and Asr, where can I pray Maghrib and Isha later this evening?" He smiled and replied, "Don't worry, sir. We'll take care of that and arrange a room for you to pray."

When it was time for Maghrib prayer, I returned to the reception, and the supervisor asked a staff member to escort me to the B1 level. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel had a dedicated prayer room with carpets, copies of the Holy Quran, and a proper ablution (wudu) area. This thoughtful facility and the outstanding service made a lasting impression on me. I will definitely make Conrad Bengaluru my preferred hotel whenever I visit Bengaluru.

Cons:

I couldn't find anything negative to mention. Everything was excellent.

Pros:

The different options of foods available. The Indian restaurant, Durbar food, Chinese and the Italian Restaurant. The Lady playing the Sitar in the morning is splendid and give you a positive vibes. All the staff are very friendly and thanks to Rimpa, Malay, Bijay, Ajay and Miss Isha in Durbar Resto for their services and finally to the Pastry Chef and Chef Sarvana

Cons:

The security check every time you enter the lobby. But i understand that this is for security reason.
