It is a good hotel, modern and clean, but the housekeeping staff is not up to standard.
Pros:

This is a modern and clean hotel. Reception staff are very good. Close to the main Frankfurt central train station.

Cons:

The Housekeeping staff left the sink drain clogged from Friday to Sunday, leaving us struggling to use the sink. They also left the hand wash lotion dispenser pump dysfunctional for 2 complete days. Very discouraging.

Tolle Lage, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig mit großer Auswahl, super freundliches Personal! Wir hatten ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade erhalten und waren total begeistert. Auch die Möglichkeit direkt in der Tiefgarage zu wirklich moderaten Gebühr zu parken, vereinfacht den Aufenthalt.

Отличное расположение: рядом центр, ж/д вокзал, масса бюджетных кафе. Хорошие завтраки. По соседству - улица красных фонарей, квартал с наркоманами и бездомными - но они живут своей жизнью.

Cons:

В номере был запах канализации. Слишком рано, уже в 23.00 закрывался вход в отель, нужно было использовать карту.

De kwaliteit van de inrichting, gebruikte materialen, service aanbod. De locatie t.a.v. de oude binnenstad.

Cons:

De locatie van de inrit van de parkeergarage in combinatie met het disfunctioneren van betreffende garagedeur en de initiële reactie van het receptiepersoneel. Het hotel ligt dichtbij bij het Centraal Station met een bijzondere reputatie.
