There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding scores for Location. If you mean convenience, this hotel is probably ok, provided you head west from the entrance. OTHERWISE, if you mean safe, it is another story altogether. Only visit this hotel if you don't mind a couple of hundred drug addicts and dealers in the adjacent streets, right up to the hotel front door on occasions. People walking around like zombies, often shouting, or lying in the gutter. Maybe throwing things or attacking each other. Where police squads wander around in groups of 6. Where people are using crack cocaine openly. The worst red light district I have ever seen, world-wide. It is a disgrace to an otherwise pleasant city.
The Breakfast was good.
The air condition was extremely under powered. The faux greenery and artificial plants do NOT make a "Garden" . This hotel is certainly not four star category and tarnishers the Hilton brand.

Not a family friendly hotel. Fine if you are traveling alone or as a couple, but they restrict thier rooms to 2 people, so your basically paying per person. They charge a higher price at the desk, having it make more sense to book thru a 3rd party, but then you lose the right to any refund. So, when you show up at the desk and they tell you thier rooms are limited to 2 people, which is not advertised on the site, you are forced to walk away from your initial investment or rent a 2nd room. The desk lady and the manager use a clever lie to say its for fire safety requirements, but this is just a lie to manipulate you.

De locatie is in de stations wijk, wij zijn wel wat gewend maar keken toch wel even op van de omgeving en wat daar allemaal gebeurd
The hotel is well located, halfway between the main train station and the centre of the city. It is also air-conditiioned, which was very important on what turned out to be the hottest weekend of the year! The staff were all very friendly, the room was excellent and the breakfast buffet extensive.
We needed to have dinner early before going to a musical and the food took longer than we expected to arrive, but still came in enough time for us to leave when we needed to. The bar and restaurant areas are relatively small, but adequate.
Firstly the reception staff were fantastic. Very helpful with restaurant suggestions and overall assistance. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Location 10 minutes walk to Frankfurt Main train station or reception can book you a taxi.
There is a street nearby where you would need to exercise caution- few odd people on the street.
The biggest problem with this hotel is its location. It is right next to an area that felt unsafe, with open drug activity and street prostitution visible nearby. Walking around the neighborhood, especially after dark, was uncomfortable. I would not stay here again because of the location.
