Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel at least four times and have never been disappointed. Staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and the sheets and towels clean. Breakfast included is good. For me the location is perfect as it is close to where my friends live. This may not be the case for everyone

Great value and incredibly helpful staff in the heart of local Dhaka
Pros:

As a solo traveler, I had a great stay here. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is tasty, and the value for money is excellent. You’re right in the middle of local Dhaka – step outside and you’re immediately surrounded by a busy local market.

The reception staff deserve a special mention: incredibly friendly and helpful. When I couldn’t find a rickshaw driver willing to take me to Old Dhaka, one of the receptionists personally came outside with me, found a driver and negotiated the ride on my behalf because of the language barrier.

Just keep in mind that Dhaka traffic makes getting to the main sights quite time-consuming. Solo travelers mainly looking to meet some other of the very few international travelers may prefer Banani or Gulshan. But for experiencing local life, great service and excellent value for money, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Good enough, could've been great.
Pros:

The place was literally next to the metro station so it's really convenient. The bed was very comfy, and I slept like a baby. The view from the window was very nice as well. I couldn't check the restaurant out but I think it was really fancy. The front desk was really kind to us and helpful all the time. Excellent employees! I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Cons:

No Google TV, no bathtub and no bathroom rugs. Other than that it's really nice.
