Das Personal war sehr freundlich
Die Zimmer waren nett leider hat unseres einen komischen Geruch gehabt 😕 vermutlich wurde zuvor mal darin geraucht.
Hôtel très propre, le personnel est très accueillant et aimable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, douche chaude, climatisation ok, lit ultra confortable! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bon aussi. Je recommande

Die zugesagte Abholung am Flughafen hat nicht stattgefunden, ohne Absage. 30 Minuten warten ohne Mitteilung ist natürlich ärgerlich. Ein Taxi hätte ich auch direkt nehmen können.
Perfect place to stay begore heading to Banggai. Clean rooms and bathrooms great breakfast and amazing view of the ocean especially during sunrise. Highly recommended
The AC in the room 202 was a bit loud but I am sure it can be fixed immediately.
Das Zimmer war einfach, aber ausreichend für eine Nacht. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot.
Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer wurde nach dem letzten Gast nicht gereinigt und hat stark nach Durian gerochen. In unserem Zimmer haben wir leider durchgehend die Lüftungsanlage gehört, dadurch war es sehr laut in der Nacht.

Comfortable, large and clean rooms. Very well equipped. Very extensive breakfast. Nice views of the surrounding mountains and the bay. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only 15min drive from the airport if you have arrive or depart by plane. Transfer from the hotel was also very reasonably priced at 55k IDR.
Very minor things, carpets in public areas could use an update. The gym is just a treadmill and an exercise bike. we had to ask for swimming pool towels at the reception in the morning even though the pool area had already been open for an hour or so. The pool area also still had some rubbish left by other guests around it form the evening before. So nothing that would ruin your stay but the common areas could use a little more atttention in our opinion. Very expensive beers.

Wir mussten sehr lange auf unsere Zimmer warten. Es sollten angeblich alle Nichtraucherzimmer sein. Leider in einem Zimmer eine Zigarette in der Toilette.
Nichtraucherzimmer und Reinigung vom vorherigen Gast war wohl doch nicht erfolgt. So etwas geht gar nicht!
Als Entschuldigung haben wir ein anderes Zimmer und ein Teller mit Obst bekommen.
