It was an amazing and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location is so good especially if your up for shopping. Everything is walking distance. the Platinum Mall, December, CentralwOrld and the Big C. They also have infront the laundry shop so you wont have to bring home dirty clothes. The housekeeping was amazing. always keeps our room clean and tidy.

Cons:

The room is a bit small compare to the pictures, was expecting a bit spacious room. The shower takes time to drain.

Overall a great Experience in ths 3 Star Hotel,love the Location,perfect for a solo Traveler.
Pros:

Very close to Malls,Restaurants and Stores,also only a short distance from the airport rail link,the Hotel itself is clean,comfortable for the price and the Stuff very friendly.I would recommend this Hotel.

Great little hotel in the heart of things.
Pros:

Great location at the end of the street so nice and quiet.
Option of a single room. Clean, modern and comfortable.
Located right near The Platinum Mall and other shops, night market and Big C. Near to 2 stations - one towards to Siam, the other the Airport Rail Link.
I was attending an event at Siam Paragon, so after a 10 min (straight walk) to Ratchathewi, i jumped on the train to travel 1 stop - easy!

Cons:

Difficulty in finding the hotel from the station. It was around a 10min walk and should have been straight forward, but tricky to find Soi 22. Just know its on the same side of the street as Platinum Mall and the road next to Big C.

It’s location and proximity to shopping malls and restaurants. The staff are also very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean.
