Very nice people and good location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and supportive, but most of the location was very good. I like the place and hopefully I will be back there again soon.

Cons:

Хотелът беше в ремонт и не работеше, за което не бяхме предупредени, а резервацията ни беше потвърдена. Прехвърлиха ни в друг техен хотел с много лоша локация. Нагло и арогантно поведение от персонала на рецепцията. Не препоръчвам!

Cons:

During our stay, the hotel was undergoing lobby renovations, and unfortunately the noise was quite disturbing, especially during breakfast hours.

The noise was noticeable both while having breakfast and when moving around the area, which made the experience less comfortable.

The breakfast itself was also below expectations and rather poor in quality.

Katasztrófális volt személyem és a partnerem elhelyezése.

közel van a város szívéhez.

Cons:

Két éjszakai tartózkodásom alatt megállapítottam, hogy nem azt a szobát kaptam, amit eredetileg megrendeltem. Mindent a foglaláskor dokumentáltam fényképekkel. A kétágyas megrendelés helyett két egyágyas ágyas szobát kaptam. A szoba elhelyezése a felújítás mellett ugyanazon a szinten történt. Az ajtóra az van írva, hogy főnöki szoba. Tehát joggal gondolom, hogy a főnöki szoba lett berendezve egy vendég szobának. A 25 m2 Standart szoba köszönő viszonyban sem volt. Vasárnap is reggeltől délutánig a felújítás zajával zavartak.
Hajnalban a törmelékek elszállítását dobálták az autóba amivel zavarták a pihenésünket. A fürdőszoba egy kis lyukban összesűritve a mosdó, toalett, kézmosó. Az árakat összevetve ugyanebben az időszakban15€ val többet számoltak fel. A reggeli nagyon gyenge. Mikor reklamáltunk mindent a Bookingre fogtak.
