On highway, good for going to the provincial parks.
Pros:

We werer given a huge sized room, not professionally renovated, but we liked it.
The location was on highway easy for us to get to the provincial parks.

Cons:

Not close to the town, restaurants, and stores, but it's convenient to get to the provincial parks.
Get an elevator when you get the chance.

We liked it so much that we booked another night.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Room very clean and with all the amenities. Front seat staff recommend an excellent Restaurant within walking distance.

Affordable budget-priced, pet-friendly stay.
Pros:

Reasonably priced room that accepted a pet without any extra charge. Location was on a major artery so easy to get anywhere in Sudbury.

Cons:

Compared to other Motel 6 locations, this one was slightly sub-par in terms of amenities and decor.

Convenient and well priced with friendly and helpful staff - good for a short stay.
Pros:

Under renovation will be lovely when complete, and well located for what we needed. Dog friendly at no extra cost and accommodating staff.

Cons:

Room could have used more decor definitely a bit bland but maybe the reno isn’t finished. A sheer curtain would have been nice to let in light but preserve privacy. Better lighting would be good.

I do appreciate the motel allowing for payment on arrival.

Cons:

Please note:I attempted to get the motel's phone number on the internet.. through my cell-phone.Both the 2 numbers so available were,in fact,for booking angencies, not for the motel itself.Also, both the latter numbers connected to machines,not human beings.I am 81 years old.Such set-ups are:NOT.PLEASANT.I only got :the actual motel's, phone number on enquiring in person once arrived.
While the motel is accessible,without a car,through Sudbury City bus transport and the Sudbury Gova taxi service,affordable,it is a bit out of the way(without a car).

Need improvement before I stay aging which probably won't happen.
Pros:

The coffee in the morning was pretty good

Cons:

The room was dirty the pillow cases had stains on them, the shower had hair in it and the outside smelled like raw sewage was dumped on the yard.
