My not so pleasant stay.
Pros:

Staff was great They were very accomodating, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel meets what we needed for this trip.

Cons:

The A/C unit was too loud. The plumbing noise was loud too. These 2 factors made our stay not the most comfortable.

Warm yet nee to clean more

As well as the elevator nat clean
I complain upon enerering room due to gravy sauce cup not clean ,indian cleaner not so nice while cleaning

It was good stay, staff was friendly, room was clean and pool slide was fun.
Pros:

The location was good, the kids had a blast in the pool, went down the slide already 50 times

Cons:

The bed was average at best and the furnace/ac had a terrible noise to it, sounded like a bag was stuck inside.

Great service and pool, but noisy dog and toilet issues
Pros:

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool and water slide were excellent—we really enjoyed them!

Cons:

However, there were a few issues. A dog in a nearby room kept barking from 8 AM to 9 AM, which was quite disturbing. Also, the toilet in our room didn't flush very well.

Great location, perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

Convenient, Greta parking, easy reach of Cross Iron Mills, beds were comfortable and breakfast was really good! Staff were very polite in the morning.

Cons:

There wasn’t anyone monitoring the pool and a group of boisterous youngsters kept jumping in and out of the hot tub and running around. I appreciate children are children but they were dive bombing and my daughter didn’t want to stay as it was too chaotic and unsafe.

Friendly staff was the only positive of our stay
Pros:

Really friendly staff

Cons:

We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately the sound insulation was poor. We could clearly hear plumbing noises from the second floor every time someone used the bathroom or shower, which made it difficult to rest at night.

The breakfast was average, with limited selection, especially if you arrive after 8 a.m. The quality of the coffee was disappointing, and there was a noticeable lack of variety in products offered. Additionally, using margarine instead of butter was not ideal.

Overall, while the stay was okay, the noise issues and breakfast quality affected the overall experience.
