8/10 stay.
Pros:

Good location to where we needed to be. Clean room, well lit parking lot, friendly staff, and decent breakfast.

Cons:

Some of the chairs in the breakfast / waiting area were torn and beat up. For only being 3 years old, I would have expected better furniture.

Went during some ball tournament so the pool area was very loud and no one working in the pool area.

Maid didn’t clean or restock our room during the stay.

My not so pleasant stay.
Pros:

Staff was great They were very accomodating, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel meets what we needed for this trip.

Cons:

The A/C unit was too loud. The plumbing noise was loud too. These 2 factors made our stay not the most comfortable.

Great property, great breakfast included
Pros:

Wonderful staff, room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable temperature upon arrival, coffee and tea in room, bathroom amenities were good as well. Breakfast had egg omelettes, bacon, hashbrowns, pancakes, yogurt, fruit and cereal, muffins and toast, coffee was hot. Would definitely stay again. Eric was great at the front counter.

It was good stay, staff was friendly, room was clean and pool slide was fun.
Pros:

The location was good, the kids had a blast in the pool, went down the slide already 50 times

Cons:

The bed was average at best and the furnace/ac had a terrible noise to it, sounded like a bag was stuck inside.

Great service and pool, but noisy dog and toilet issues
Pros:

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool and water slide were excellent—we really enjoyed them!

Cons:

However, there were a few issues. A dog in a nearby room kept barking from 8 AM to 9 AM, which was quite disturbing. Also, the toilet in our room didn't flush very well.
