It was a quiet place with helpful staff.
The pool is not clean enough and is not well-suited for children, being only 4 feet deep. The breakfast is also not good.
I’m staying at this hotel currently, for one night thankfully, with two boys ages 7 and 10. It’s 10pm and all my two kids and I can hear are other families. Kids can’t sleep. The people in the room above us and beside us are banging around and jumping between beds. Toilets flushing, doors closing loudly, noises from above, beside and the hall are so much worse than other hotels I’ve been to. Sounds seem to reverberate and literally shake the whole room. This hotel is not made for families who actually need to sleep! The fan a/c unit, even on high, will not drown out the noises. Also I’m sleeping on a pullout sofa bed by the door that looks and feels older than the hotel, with rods poking into my back and squeaks. I appreciate the kids being able to borrow swim goggles for the pool, but honestly, that’s about it. Never again.
Very clean, my grandson had left something in the room after we checked out, and they were very accommodating to let them go back up and grab his special stuffy.
The breakfast area was not nearly big enough for the crowd of people trying to get breakfast.

obvious wear and tear of some parts of the hotel that needs attention.. also, breakfast selection may be improved for more enjoyable stay

We got a suite with 3 beds, was very nice. Comfy beds. Nice stay close to CrossIron mall.
We weren’t aware of a party going on under us and we could hear loud music and they were super loud in the pool.
Breakfast was packed, we didn’t get to enjoy it as there was no seating and most things were gone when we looked around. The pancake maker wasn’t working either.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff at the front desk were great.
Pool and area was dirty. Pieces of floor coming loose and hurt to step on, also on the stairs for the water slide. Concrete in hot tub was damaged. Hot tub was very small. The staff at breakfast weren’t the nicest. Felt like I was in the way when getting food and they had no manners.(no excuse me or pardon me, they just pushed right through)
The location was great which was the reason we chose this hotel. Close to the mall with a pool and water slide for the kids.
The hotel only has 1 elevator which was clearly insufficient for the number of guests. The wait was always lengthy. Breakfast area was also small for the size of the hotel - my family (and surely others) had to get food and return to our room to eat as there wasn’t space to sit in the breakfast area. Selection of breakfast foods was also very medium as the staff was struggling to keep items stocked for the number of guests. Our assigned room was directly next to the elevator and a service/utility room which was noisy and did not make for a good nights sleep.
It was a good location to choose from.
