Pleasant and functional stay.
Pros:

This is a great location, really handy for a pre or post airport nights stay with Costco and a large mall beside it. Check in was friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was being refurbished so was unable to use this, but knew this was the case when booking. Overall it was a good stay and I would use the hotel again if I were in the area.

Cons:

I found a long black hair in the tub. There were shampoo and shower gel available in the shower but strangely no hand soap provided. Breakfast was average and very busy, so much that I couldn’t get a seat/table and ended up standing at a shelf in the corner.

Comfortable overnight stay
Pros:

Good location, very comfortable bed, helpful staff and ok free breakfast.

Cons:

We booked because it has a pool but only found out after booking that the pool is closed for maintenance.
The listing says jazucci is closed not the pool.

We had a good 3 day stay here!
Pros:

It was very near the outlet store and more accessible for us when driving to Banff and other destinations.

Pros:

Hotel was clean, the pool was good fun for the kids. water slide has a shootout of its own so kids don’t shoot out in the pool. The hot tub was hot. Staff was friendly. WiFi is included with stay. Has options for early check in, late check out. Food places close by.

Cons:

We felt as if the beds were double size not Queen. There are no rooms for families with 3 or 4 children.

Pros:

I’m staying at this hotel currently, for one night thankfully, with two boys ages 7 and 10. It’s 10pm and all my two kids and I can hear are other families. Kids can’t sleep. The people in the room above us and beside us are banging around and jumping between beds. Toilets flushing, doors closing loudly, noises from above, beside and the hall are so much worse than other hotels I’ve been to. Sounds seem to reverberate and literally shake the whole room. This hotel is not made for families who actually need to sleep! The fan a/c unit, even on high, will not drown out the noises. Also I’m sleeping on a pullout sofa bed by the door that looks and feels older than the hotel, with rods poking into my back and squeaks. I appreciate the kids being able to borrow swim goggles for the pool, but honestly, that’s about it. Never again.

Very clean, my grandson had left something in the room after we checked out, and they were very accommodating to let them go back up and grab his special stuffy.

Cons:

The breakfast area was not nearly big enough for the crowd of people trying to get breakfast.
